I apply on line and by the time I come back home fter 3 hours, my application was proved. Great
iVisa only took 1.5 hours and my Visa to the USA was approved Thank you I thought it would have taken at least 24 hours

The service itself is good. But the customer help on the live chat isn’t as good. They don’t really know what’s going on, and they take a while to respond. Just hope you didn’t run into any issues like I did!

It was delayed despite paying a premium.to have it within 3 hrs.....veru disappointing. I also only received email confirmation 24 hrs after I had already landed in USA. I tracked the order myself and realised I was approved long before I received any email confirming it from your service.
My trip to USA is in 2 weeks. My application was submitted 2.5 days ago. I received an email from iVisa informing that due to heavy volume, applicants (including me) travelling more than 30 days from now would experience a delay. That reflects that a check was not done before sending of the email, to sieve out those travelling less than 30 days from now. It could have been disastrous if I had not alerted iVisa that I did not fall into the category of 30 days from now. Recovery by iVisa upon receipt of my alert was good and prompt though.
Paid for 30min super rush & got my visa 14hr later caused me more anxiety than it was worth
Received the visa 45 minutes late and despite this initial delay I was able to access instant support once the visa had been granted. Because of this I would not hesitate to recommend this service wholeheartedly.

I found it difficult to find the tourist ESTA and actually filled out some other form initially. It is not clear what type of form is required
