Very attentive communication via email. At any time you are assured about the process and that all is proceeding according to the situation. In case there is a delay, there is clear info about the reasons. You can at all times track progress in your account as well. So, to my experience processing an ETA for Australia and now an ESTA for the US, it couldn't be done better! I will certainly be back for my next visa :))

Very quick and easy; for some countries there are more questions than for other, which is tedious, but that is not because of iVisa, that's the individual countries being applied to.

The survey is very simple. However, problems arise as someone wants to go to visit the United States of America touristically without having friends or family there. That was my case. I want to go and visit the Grand Canyon touristically. I have also remark that there is no phone number available to contact you.

Overall a good experience- clean interface, clear instructions by email, fairly good customer service (although the customer service representatives on the online chat system often were not very friendly or efficient/clear in assisting me). The representatives over email were extremely accommodating, timely, and effective in assisting me. It was not explained that I would have to attend two separate interviews for a US visitor visa. Also, the form DS-160 that IVisa submitted to the government did not completely reflect the answers I typed in on the IVisa online form-- when I received a copy I saw that some info such as address lines was missing.
Horrible experience... they had a glitch in their website to choose the "appointment" information in my location, their customer service reps didn't even read my requests for help sometimes, I had to repeat myself several times... and their service is basically completing the DS-160 for you and then setting up the appointment... and for that you have to fill up all the info in their website, which you can do yourself directly in the US gov website and save the $40 fee they charge plus a bunch of time if you have to deal with any issues...

I found this easy to use the only confusion was an email sent to me saying my application was not complete. I now understand this was alerting me that it had to go through the process but the wording made me think l Needed to do something else.

I did not receive the official ESTA confirmation letter once I had paid. And this meant that I had to buy insurance and apply for another visa through Esta official site.

Dont charge more for the processing fee than the actual visa. Dont pick this website if you want to get a cheap visa. Try the actual american embassy.
The whole process is quite good except there is a slight hiccup when I submit my application. I kept get reminded to send my extra information required even though I have sent it through 3 times. I finally got through with the help of via chat online. They have been extremely helpful.
