I selected Green Card photo option, so photos should be 2x2 inches. Photos I received were 2.5x2.5.
It was a swift process of printing passport photo to a nearest CVS.
They cut the picture right but left a whole part of my head blurry.

I really appreciate having the option to pay a little bit extra to have a human eye look at my photos and confirm they're eligible. It's harder than it looks to take a selfie that meets the strict requirements for a US passport. My first photo didn't have enough view of my shoulders, second one the lighting wasn't quite right. I would have wasted money sending the original pictures in with my passport application. Thank you for delivering a great service at a reasonable cost & timeframe!

The convenience of an online service was hopeful however, after using the app for guidance in taking the picture I was told to take another not using the app which left me confused where to place myself in the shot. Then when I received the approved shot it was digitally altered in a way that didn’t seem to match the picture I sent. I ended up going to CVS to reshoot. Oh well 😌 Thanks anyway

This service is amazing! I’ve been trying to get a passport photo for myself and my daughter for months now and no where in the USA does digital photos. I sent in mine and my daughters and the nice customer service person actually reached out to me and asked for more images of myself since I didn’t send an accepted photo that would pass all the qualifications. The only issue was I ordered 16 photos and only received 12, but I talked with the person at CVS and she was able to print the ones I was missing. iVisa also made sure the photo was correct, in fact they rejected the first phot and then removed a minor shadow from the second photo I submitted. Other than that minor issue with the quantity I am very happy with the timeliness and responsiveness if iVisa.
I never received my photo. I spent way too much money for a service that did not deliver and provides no Avenue for complaint.

Awful photo edit service, paid extra for a “human” to review and edit photos but a “chunk of hair” is deleted from the photo so for sure this “human” doesn’t exist.
Super easy to use and the customer service is great! Submitted an initial photo but it didn't match the parameters for the visa. Received a prompt and courteous email requesting I send in another one. Took a few photos for them to pick from and sent that back in the email. Received a response right away that the second batch had a good photo and my order was promptly completed. Loved it!
They bothered to verify my photo submission and suggested I send them a wider shot. Only an hour or so and they mailed my photos to me. Excellent service. Well worth the money.

I submitted several photos of my baby and kept receiving a message that they could not see her shoulders in the photo despite each being a shot from her belly button up with one arm in the photo. I was then sent a sample that looked exactly like the one I submitted. When I questioned how mine was different, the response was just that they’d go ahead and send my photo but it likely wouldn’t be government compliant. Incredibly frustrating experience.
It is very acculate and reliable. These days things are so complicated because company does not take a responsibility. However not this company. Save so much time and money using this service. Thanks

Process works. My first attempt at taking selfie‘s didn’t meet standards of the US government. I was asked to redo them twice and when I finally got it right everything went fine I have the pictures and use their package system for getting a passport renewal. I got the envelope and paperwork fine and everything is submitted to the government.
CVS did not have my pictures and seems to have no idea where they are.
iVisa was extremely easy to use and they communicated the second there was an issue with the original photos we submitted. They were able to guide us with easy to understand instructions. I will definitely use them again.
I am so glad I used this service. It was difficult for me with two young kids to go to the drugstore to get their pictures taken. I took their passport photos myself and was able to pick up at the drugstore of my choice on the same day. I really recommend this service. Great quality work.

For Passport Photos- Must Read You take a picture at home and attach it. I needed US passport size photos. All iVisa does is, it reduces the size of attached image to accepted standards and emails it to CVS photo. We can go to CVS photo and get the printed photos by paying CVS for the print. Instead of sending it to iVisa, you can trim down the photo and attach several passport photos in one image and email by yourself to CVS photo. You can easily save 20$ for a set of 12 passport photos. You will only be spending 2$ fro printing the photos at CVS.
