Unfortunately, I personally cannot recommend this service as twice photo was shipped to my Immigration Layer and never got there and then I have requested and paid a new photo set to be sent to my home address and never came either.
I am so pleased with iVisa! It was easy to use, fast and my photos look great. My favorite part was not having to wrangle my kids inside a store photo center while I take my photo. IVisa is so much more convenient.

This was very simple to use and so much more convenient than having to go to a DMV or to a post office and waiting in a long line. I looked at a couple of websites that offered this service and your site was the best value and provided me with a passport photo that fit exactly the specifications on the form. You have to resize the photo according to what is needed but this is very simple to do within the image file that is sent.
So glad I found this place so that I can get a better picture than the one they took at the Post Office
I am not sure why we have to pay $10 for a service where I have to verify if my prints are being printed or if the location’s photo machine is working and then get to the store and still have to pay for the prints.
This is a very efficient, time saving and cost effective system. I submitted my application mid morning my time (Thailand) and received the authorization just six hours or so later. The site is well laid out, and is particularly user friendly. Thankyou all concerned.
It would have been great if I knew I still had to pay for the photos when I got there after my card was already charged.
iVisa prepared passport photos for me from photos I took myself. They were prompt and did exactly what they said. The reason for only four stars is as follows. I will not know for a few weeks if the photos are acceptable to the passport agency. If so, this becomes 5 stars. If not, this becomes 1 star. I gave them four because so far they did everything they said in the timeframe they said.
I was only able to give 3 stars because there is absolutely no way to communicate with IVisa other than by email. It is extremely difficult to get a simple question answered that way. There is NO PHONE and your chat is NOT WORKING!!! What should have only taken a minute or two to get the right answer took 2 days by email because the question was not answered after 3 tries by email. Not good. Otherwise your service would have been much better.

Great service! Happy with our pictures and speed. We got a mix of emails saying we needed to fix things about our pictures but also got emails at the same time saying everything was fine. We got tips from the YouTube videos that were very very important that weren't in the app. The frame in the app isn't even correct for passports.

Very great condition and it's exactly what I was expecting! I was hesitant on the sizing, but I believe it's just right (I ordered adult small). Would definitely order from again! I used the professional template to draw out my design as I wanted a mask resembling a mouth of an animal (furry mask). The template was clear, but the bottom was confusing slightly, but really, it only represents the bottom part where the chin is located. It becomes attached to the bottom once assembled. Very easy, really!

Could not find anyone to print 2x2 photos for my passport card at z as reasonable cost. Took my own photos with “Passport Booth” app and sent the photos in and they reviewed them and printed them. All went well , very happy, Thank you.

This is worst service experience I had. Its more than 7 days and have still not received my photos in mail. There is no customer service number I can contact and email.
Took too long for the price. Not as efficient as I would like.
I paid for next day delivery, now I’m being told it takes 3-5 days to arrive (when I could have paid for the 3-5 day shipping) and now I still do not have my passport 7 days later. I may lose out on the ability to travel abroad because of iVisa.

Very helpful to use iVisa. I had trouble finding a local drugstore that could do an instant print in 2”x2” so I did a search and found iVisa. They actually check your photo to make sure it meets passport requirements (bright enough, cropped at the right proportions, etc.). The first photo I wanted to print on my own wouldn’t have worked anyway so iVisa saved me a lot of hassle and was quick with their delivery. Thanks!
I never received my order. Since there is no tracking information there is no way to identify what happened to the order.

I had one taken at the store and their lighting was so bad I looked terrible. I re did it with this company. They rejected the first shot because my neck and shoulders were being covered by my hair (the store one was the same and also would have been rejected. The new one turned out great!
