Your site is misleading. I was looking to purchase a Visa. Instead you charged me for registering a Visa with the Embassy. Who gives a crap about that? I don’t. I’m filing a Complaint with the Better Business Bureau on you, unless you refund my money

I decided to use the service and paid extra fees for I need the passport rush with no delays. Was told my kit was mailed out 8/20/22 and I will receive it 2-3 working days. I did not receive the kit til 8/27/22. Looking at the package the kit was stamp on 8/22/22. Still I received the kit on 8/27/22 not the 2-3 working days that was guaranteed. The whole reason I paid extra fees is to rush the process. I could have done it through the government webpage and have the same return time frame without the extra charge through this webpage.

This was amazingly easy. The hardest part was getting s photo that worked and they immediately responded how to fix and do a new photo. It took a couple if tries and then i was successful. I received my packet yeseterday, signed the form, added my old passport, put it in the envelope to send of and off it went. I have already recommended you to a couple of friends. It was so easy.

It was very easy to renew my passport, i received my renewal package in 5 days to send in to get my new passport.
Ivisa is a thorough company. They cover every situation. It was great being able to take passport picture from home. They declined the photo until I took one that was acceptable.
