After trying another visa site, which was pages full of questions & which took nearly a couple of hours, wanting me to send & down load documents passport driving license etc, was far too expensive! I have used the service for the second time, incredibly easy to use and so fast. For example, if you have forgotten to renew your visa, before your trip, you might be lucky enough to get them at the airport before you take off, it is my own experience as this organization is able to get you a visa within 60min. I am Czech and I needed an Australian visa while in New Zealand.

The simplicity of the process was good however I was disappointed to be charged $20 to make amendment to my year of birth. I didn't receive a order confirmation and when I checked you had a incorrect email, however all the promotional emails came to the correct address.

I found it easy to determine that I needed a visa to visit Australia and it was very easy to complete the application. The price was almost half the other sites for visas.
Due to my own negligence, arrived at the airport without an Australian visa. Although the 30 min option did take around 45 min, the approval was received and I could chekin for my flight.
