Though our visa took slightly longer than advertised, we were able to speak with someone and ensure we got it. And that made us very happy. Overall we are incredibly pleased with the outcomes.
Application was processed quickly got both ETAs approved in 1 day!!!! A little bit of delay with customer service but that's understandable with the holidays and lots of people traveling.

Amazing Experience. I had 24 hours to get a visa and although I was skeptical I was out of options really. I paid for the 30 min rush and although it took longer than 30 mins I managed to get help from the chat messenger to process the order for me. I would suggest planning ahead but you live and learn!
