As a first-time user, I did not know there would be a need to attach a self-portrait via specific requirements e.g. cannot smile, white background. I had to exit the application to get the photo ready. System would then send me a reminder email that some info is required. Upon submission, the approval was expeditious within the same hour. I did not realize you had to have the visa before you boarded your flight so I had to upgrade my quick service to super quick and they made it happen before my flight!

I am very grateful for the service, you saved me from a big problem, it turns out that I had a flight from Vietnam to Australia but only as a stopover, I didn't know that I needed a visa with my passport until the time of check in at the airport!! The service was great, the process for most of the phases was smooth because there were some stages that were a little bit confusing and maybe the platform was not working properly as I was asked to send multiple times the same document. However, in general the experience was great and this was the first time using this App. Definitely I will recommend it!
