no complaints. you didn't get five stars because I think it is disingenuous to separate the cost of the visa from the processing fee. People understand the need to pay for a public service, but I felt you were trying to sugar the pill. Voila
Very straightforward application but... except for 1. Ambiguity in being asked for employer details, when I'd already marked 'Retired' from the drop down menu. It was impossible to progress the application online without the employer part. I'd suggest a pop-up for 'Retired's to instruct them clearly to either 'state LAST employer dates' or 'SKIP last employer details', etc. It would avoid applicants sending in the question to your chat/help email line. 2, Similarly, you ask to include previous eTA refence numbers, if applicable. If was some time ago, it's most unlikely that people can remember, or will have kept a record of, such numbers, surely?.
It's fast and easy to complete. No delays in their decision making towards the application. I will surely recommend this service to everyone.

Great customer service, Ordered the 30 mins service , unfortunately due to unforeseen circumstances, the visa was not deliverable in that timeframe. The company provided a full explanation and good after care.

Relatively easy to do but couldnt get anyone to answer my question on live chat. We are retired but still had to put in an employer so we put our last employer details in so we could complete the application.
On other sites they wanted US$100 per person. I am so very pleased to have found the iVisa.com site and have already received confirmation of visas for my wife and I at the cost of only AU$57.22. Thank you iVisa
The ETA process online was super easy, convenient and all at a great price! They even answered one of my questions on the chat in a really efective and nice way. It would be perfect though if after the payment you could read somewhere about what's next (specifically the part about printing it out).

Fast and efficient service. The only thing I personally think should be different is the online chat. Once connected, it takes a LONG time to get responses. In fact, I shut down chat 3 times as a result. Other than that, iVisa is a great service.

Thought your website was somewhat misleading as you reached the point of quoting your credit card number and entering. Normally, this is the end of an internet connection. Instead your site then went on asking lots of questions. I, being male, messed it up and my wife took over. However, she had to use your online help to finalise the transaction. Overall very good but you could look at standardising the sequence of entries.
It was an easy process made simple by getting to the point with questions relevant to my travel. I am grateful for the quick turnaround which was inside of 24hrs as I was traveling well inside this time and didn't realise up until then that I would need a visa with my Australian passport. Thank you for your efficiency

You guys saved my trip! Last minute I found out that I needed this eTA - yiiiikes, holy mackeral, right!? - But, I was able to get my eTA approved, in time for boarding - amazing, exactly as promised and you guys genuinely saved my trip to Canada, thank you. Perfect service, exactly as described and it really only took 15 mins!! Anyone in a sticky situation like I was, don't even bother with the other advertised services.
