Service was very fast and easy to use. My problem is I am a dual citizen. Born and raised until 41 in Canada and now live in Sydney Aust. and I am also an Aust. passport holder. As I booked with an Aust passport, I was forced to buy a visa. I am a Canadian and should not have been charged but a flaw in the software did not allow me to claim an exception as a Canadian AND an Australia. This was all triggered by Air Canada web check-in, who would not accept my check-in as I did not have a visa I did not need - - - - Should be a way to claim exemption!!
I did try a few different websites and their cost was unbelievable.. Ivisa cost was given before you stated the process and in less than an hour Visa was issued. would highly recommend.
Used IVisa for my Canadian and USA visa application . So easy to use and the visas came through within 24 hours . Would definaltly recommend although I haven’t traveled yet 😂 but can’t invisag any problems at the air port as a very professional site
At first I was skeptical due to an email requesting more information. But after I gave my passport number, I had the approval in 3 hrs. They were very helpful when I was asking questions. Although they were a bit pricey, I would use them again. The process was very easy and only took a few minutes.
My eta for Canada was approved on Monday as I found out via the Canadian website. I was told I had to wait 72hrs!!! Totally rubbish!!! I have now been back in the US for two days. I have asked for a full refund but was told that couldn’t happen!!! Again rubbish!!!

I might have given more stars but I had to chat twice for help. After I had paid and been accepted they needed more information. Useless information. They wouldn’t accept what I had given. I am retired, that wasn’t accepted. They wanted to know who my employer was what my start day was and totally useless information. I was told to put in anything!! I then got a request for a photo of my passport. Checked the day after and they hadn’t received it. Fortunately Hanna helped me and a few hours later I had been accepted!!!!!

I paid for my visa be processed in 30 minuts and it took more that 8 hours.. also I call the center 5 in the morning because I had not recived any email and the person said that my visa had been approved and I could go to the airport. After 30 minutos I recived another email saying that it was cancelled and only after 74 hours but my flight was in 3 hours time. Some one in your time told me not to go to the airport. But i did go in orther to change my flight. And then the air Canada told me that the visto has arrived. I was very glad and thankful that the visa arrived but the whole process was ver stressful. . And I paid for 30 minuts service when it took more that 8 house where I should had paid much lesser.. but thanks

it was a bit misleading as I paid to get my ETA Visa in 2 hours, but when I checked email to retrieve it after 2 hours, you needed more information and then I still didn't get it until 5 hours after that, so I feel ripped off, I paid for a 2 hour turnaround and it took closer to 8 hours to get it..... Then the digital download didn't work and I had to scramble to find a printer to print it and that just 3 hours before my flight!! Note: i didn't know i needed this Visa until I tried to check in for my flight. I've not needed one for my previous trips to Canada.

I would have given 5* if there was no confusion in completing personal details for each applicant after submitting the application.
The Visa application form was easy and straightforward to complete and the response was very quick, within a few hours of application.
It appears this is an improved system for iVisa/ETA, which is great. I had experience of having attained an eTA 2 or 3 years back, indicating the eTA was associated with passport. Fine I travelled on a number of occasions back to Canada, no problem with associated eTA. However I came to check-in at Beirut AP today whom requested a copy of eTA, I did not have as it was not required or provided on initial application nor required previously. I missed my flight as I could not acquire online any reference or indication of having an eTA for Canada that I have which required eTA number reference..!! (Now I have two). What would have been good somewhere in the eTA application site a link to iVisa which would have facilitated the new application/approval for a eTA in my case in quick time. I discovered iVisa after my flight had departed. The approval of new eTA was very quick, within the hour, I think, to my surprise, was impressed. A costly oversight...!!!
It took me less than 30 minutes to get the ETA. The representative answered my question within 10 minutes. The person was friendly and knowledgeable. Jun, 2019
This is generally simple to use except in the final stages when details of employment status are required. Having stated "retired" the form still asks for employer's name etc. It should surely either change to omit that information, or to say "most recent employer" or some such?
This site was so easy to navigate. It took only 5 minutes to complete the online application process and I received my approved ETA by email in less than 24 hours. The admin fee was worth paying for an easy to use and hassle free service. 5 stars from me. It may also be worth mentioning that several other online sites appeared to be charging extortionate rates to provide the same service as iVisa so I'm very pleased I found the iVisa website where I paid only a tiny fraction of what other sites were trying to charge me. I am not affiliated to iVisa in any way. I just believe in giving credit where it's due.

I was a little startled initially, as the visa was not processed within the 23 hours I'd been told it should've been due to high volumes of application traffic, but I needn't have worried as the application was dealt within a 48 hour time frame. The actual process of applying was simple and straightforward, and it didn't take too long to fill in the online form. After receiving an email about a delay I was a little alarmed and after checking my bank statement I saw I had paid a commercial organisation in Miami but my visa was for Canada, so rang my bank to see if it was a scam site, but the bank told me it was an outfit based in Florida that deals with visas worldwide and that it seemed legitimate enough. Have received my documents and all seems to be above board.
Great quick service within two hours. Worth the extra money for less stress.
