The ivisa took a long time to be accepted and finalized. I hope the payment for the first visa has been refunded to me. We expected a proper document not just a letter to say that our eTA had been electronically been added to our passports. We trust all works well when we go through Canadian Passport control.... When filling out application for my 13yr old son, I found the form did not have suitable questions for person of his age, also when I went to change the payment currency I could not as sterling wasn't in the drop down list, overall not satisfied.
Charged an admin fee that I would not have had to pay on the official site - foolishly I didn't check before

Very helpful response from John at the helpdesk to my emailed concerns and apparent double order, but some confusion at the ivisa end after that and then, there was no emailed attachment of a visa to be downloaded, only a message that my ETA had been approved. The whole process is unclear and I found it (as did John at the helpdesk) confusing.

The questionnaire asked me how we how I was travelling to Canada- which was by land, which I stated. The document I received was authorised for air travel. This apparently been a waste of time and money
I had no idea what to do and I was patiently helped to complete my applications.
My wife and I required an ETA quickly therefore we chose the $50 option ($100 total) for the 30 minute timeframe. In fact we waited far beyond 30 minutes. It took 9 hours to finally get the email confirming the ETA approval. At no point were we informed of the reason behind the delay and in the meantime we had to make alternative travel plans. We paid extra for a rapid service and were incredibly let down as well as out if pocket. Disgraceful.
Assuming I get into the country I needed he visa for...This website was fast, easy to use, did not require a PDF or a printer and was significantly cheaper than the site the cruise line sent me to.
Took some time to online chat with someone but once done it was nice and quick. Excellent time with sorting the visa out and contacting for more information.
The Canadian Government Website froze up on two different computers. I had to use the UK website. Canada needs to fix this. Canada also needs to notify everyone purchasing a ticket to Canada that this visa maybe needed rather than letting a traveler get to the airport and the airline staff telling them. This is a disgrace to Canadian officials. You should loose your jobs over this feascal. Shame on you.

easy to use - the only confusing question was after nominating retired it wanted to know the employer and when first started working for that employer.
We almost paid US$170 for our Candian Era's, but warning bells rang and investigated further, finding iVisa, who made the process very easy and so much cheaper. Very happy.

I accidentally requested an eTA through your Company rather than going with the Consulate directly. Big Mistake. What took my husband 24hrs to be approved took me 3 wks. Speaking to your staff, Jessa, Angela and 1 or 2 other with regards I received no reasonable answers as to WHY my approval took so long. Yesterday I took it into my own hands after paying you for YOUR SERVICE to contact the Consulate in Canberra and then Sydney myself. One simple email to them .... same as my discussions with your Staff .... my entry to Canada is APPROVED. Thanks but No Thanks, I won't be dealing with you again nor will I recommend you to any of my friends for the future. I paid you for a service which you didn't uphold. Appalling !!!
