EVERYTHING GOOD, IT IS BETTER TO SHOW AN INDICATOR FOR " NO ANSWER" TYPE OF QUESTIONS. EXAMPLE I HAVE NO SECOND NAME, WHİCH LEAVING BLANK IS NOT ACCEPTED. THAN I PUT " NONE", THAN MY NAME BECOME SEMA KARA NONE !
No matter how many emails I sent to eTA, they gave me same answer and didn't solve the problem. Because of that, I was under a lot stress because I didn't get eTA. Thank you so much for solving it in 20 minutes. If possible, I'd like to give 100 stars

Here I was expecting to pay what I paid 2 years ago for a Canadian Visa CA$7.00 x 2 = CA$14.00, and what did I finish up paying this week, AU$53.00, because I thought that I was on a Canadian Government web site and obviously I wasn't, people applying for visas need top look more closely who they are dealing with.

I was in a real jam. I had an existing ETA but didn’t know the number and without it, the domestic carrier would not allow me to board my flight from Perth to Melbourne (as my ticket was linked to the Air Canada legs). So with time quickly running out, I made the decision to apply for a new ETA using your super rush option (30mins). Simple to use and I received a Canadian ETA in an hour. You do pay a premium to use this over the government site, but it seems efficient. However, I was using Safari and had issues with the site. The online tech support was very slow and after 40 minutes I gave up and sorted it out myself and used Google Chrome which worked perfectly.

The software stalled on additional info. I had to restart from a different browser than Safari, booting from Firefox. From the iPhone didn't work. The help desk was useful
