I paid the 12.95 to "register" my trip and after multiple attempts I finally get to this page that states "Canadian citizens are not eligible for eVisa." However, they were happy to take my money and make it seem like I could get a visa. There is no answer as to why a Canadian citizen can not travel to India! This site is a scam!!! If the travel is not possible, why take people's money?

My photo was digitally enhanced by Ivisa according to the US department of State. It was rejected and now i have to pay for a new photo. I’m not happy.

WOW! I thought there might be a delay, because of an error message I had received on an answer, the first time I tried to process the application, right after I created the account. I submitted the application at 8:36. I received a confirmation, and update of processing the application at 9:14, and two minutes later it was approved!!! Well done!

I was very surprised to realized that a company like this sold me something that have nothing to do with a visa. Arrive Canada is a free application to file online for free. This is very unprofessional.

this is a scam, i ordered for canda passport photos and i got 4*6 photos that have no match with the canada passport specs,

Even though the direct application for the health declaration form for ArriveCan is free, I bet you, the bureaucratic process is not hassle free. I was stucked while completing the form on the Canadian website as a result i requested for the expertise from iVisa support team and they immediately stepped in to resolve the issue, and in less than no time my application was approved. Thanks iVisa for your flawless service. I had my sanity intact.
They did not cut the photos 5cm x 7cm, but only printed them out joined together (2 photos per sheet, separated by a thin black line/border). My or anyones expectation would be to have ready-to-use photos and not printouts that we would need to cut ourselves. If you are running a business that advertises or solicits orders for non-US passport size photos, you should also invest in buying those photo cutting dies or paper trimmers, cut individual photos as per order and then mail them to the customer so that they can be readily used.

The store my order was supposed to be sent to was never able to find any such order and after contacting someone from customer services they said they would mail out my order instead and that never came either. I will also be looking into whether the company has a Better Business Bureau account and leaving a review there as well.
Website was easy to use and my photos were delivered on time and suitable for my purpose. Best if all, I was able to order numerous copies of my photo ( not just limited to two as offered by most other passport outfits) so that I can use the same photo next year when I renew my International Driving Permit.
