When a photo is not acceptable and returned, an explanation as to why it is being returned rather than trying to figure it out. Otherwise service was outstanding.
It was fairly simple to renew passport. The only thing we had trouble with is getting a good photo without shadows, glare, etc

I made an error and applied to register myself at my countries embassy instead of applying for a visa. Several team members reached out to tell me this is what I had done. I had also realised my mistake and applied for the visa directly through the country embassy. I would give ivisa 10/10 except that I didn’t apply for a visa through them so don’t know how long the process would have been.

You need to be more clear as to why a photo was rejected so it can be corrected the first time. Too general when returning the photo for a new summation

I applied for Ivisa and paid the requisite fee through my debit card. The very next daydue to unavoidable domestic problems i couldn't continue with the visa proess so i requested to ivisa authorities to refund my amount as i would not be able to continue, they responded immediately and i received an email declaring that the company has refunded the full amount and i will receive the refunded amount via my debitcard within days of time. -ow ever 3 days has passed no intimation from either from bank or company. I hope i will receive the refund amount sooner.

I was very scared and skeptical, I was about to loose 2 plane tickets that I couldn't afford to loose, but they did pull through. If you ever need an emergency ETA Visa, they are legit, it was Sunday night, everywhere I was calling was closed and they still got my Visas. I never write reviews for anything, but I felt they deserved it.
