Skip the government website glitches with iVisa. Use our simple India Business eVisa process.
The India Business eVisa (also called the e-Business visa) is meant for international travelers visiting India for business or commercial purposes. This includes attending meetings, trade fairs, recruiting talent, or exploring business opportunities.
All foreign nationals entering India must also complete the mandatory India e-Arrival Card, which has officially replaced the old paper disembarkation forms.
To apply for a India Business eVisa, you typically need the following documents and/or information:
A valid passport with at least two blank pages (minimum validity: 6 months from arrival date)
Recent passport photo
A signed invitation letter from the Indian company or organization you are visiting
A scan of your business card or a formal letter from your employer
Valid email address
Requirements may vary depending on nationality.

The e-Business Visa allows for multiple entries over one year. However, you are restricted to a maximum of 180 days total stay within a single calendar year.
We recommend applying at least two weeks before your departure date to account for any unexpected government delays.
iVisa offers denial protection as an add-on to your application (optional).
