This was a quick and pleasant experience. We had tried to facilitate a visa through a particular embassy in the country we were heading to, but had all sorts of drag time on the phone, misleading online info. and confusion. I appreciate a system that is orderly, quick and facilitative like iVisa. com.
Initial contact started badly, as advice (short film) as to scanning was not good and I had to re-scan both docs (photo and passport). But quick and efficient attention to correct non-admissible docs with Oman worked wonders and all is now OK.

First of: customer service is really friendly. However, the application process left out two questions for the visa application which had to be answered in Q&A-style via email afterwards. IMO, both detours were unnecessary if the online process would have been smarter.

If you are experienced visa agent, don't you cross check the application or document which we submit to you? I was not able to travel as the airline found the my residence permit and visa had different occupation mentioned. If you are charging visa processing fee then you are also responsible to cross check these things.
Very average service. I had to submit documents numerous times and my wife visa was delayed despite the fact that iVisa had all my documentation to support her application. Service staff responded quickly though.

Excellent service! Very efficient and I really appreciated the communication to say when you would start to process the application. One suggestion would be to review the instructions for passport scans. I followed the original instructions that specified exact pixel dimensions required. I was then asked to submit another scan with a very good tutorial link on youtube that did not call for pixel dimensions. Highly recommend your service. Thanks

We had a relatively short time prior to departure for the visa country. After initial frustration with the strict visa requirements for clarity and certain appearance of photos, with ivisa’s support we finally were able to transmit ones that ivisa could use for submission of visa application. That the visa application was approved so quickly by the government is a testament to ivisa’s expertise on what is necessary for approval and their reliance on helping customers. It was the most frustrating experience I've ever had for obtaining a visa. Having paid extra for agent fees, my order was delayed. Site promise of delivering GCC Resident visa in 1 business day took 7 days. That too on my constant chasing and follow up. After 4 days I receive a delay order notification, panic strickennai started chasing as my travel date was close. Only then they started to work on my application. Its a long story and would not want to even think about it. Would never recommend this company.

You are not reading accompanying comments from your clients. You do not pay attention to what they are asking. You go ahead your way. It makes no sense to have visas three weeks after the day of your programmed departure. Two days in Oman cannot require a three week period for visas release. Especially when we are talking about UAE residents. Total unacceptable absurd. Regards.
We missed our trip due to non-delivery of the visa. The company blamed the government for delays but that does not account for the fact that one visa arrived in time and the other did not! My advice would be to ignore iVisa's deadline of application advice as it clearly does not account for extraneous circumstances. In fact, apply directly to the country concerned if viable. As an added Customer Service, it would also be good for iVisa's reputation if they agreed to reimburse visa application costs where they had not managed to fulfil their side of the bargain
