Took a long time to respond to messages & lost track of how many times I had to send clearer photos which took ages to process. Good job I gave myself pleanty of time to get visa. However all is well now & able to visit Oman.
Horrible customer service. Will never apply through this site. I applied for my self and family tourist visa for oman. Its more than 2 weeks now and they (Ivisa team) is still asking for more documents for my mother tourist visa. I had submitted all the documents but when i called up oman authorities , they asked to resubmit documents with sponsor details which was already given to ivisa team. So many follow up i had to make to just get application tracking no from them. Very bad experience. I still dont have my mom visa and our tickets are booked for this coming week.

After paying 172 dollars for four visas to Oman, they arrived 11 days late and the only explanation received was "certain reasons". We lost airplane tickets, hotel bookings and obviously the chance to travel. All because even we gave them 6-7 days margin (based on the web page info 3 to 4 days to get the visa) took them 11 days to get it. No chance to get a refund after asking for it, the reason stated was, get one visa on arrival. So Never Again

My experience with ivisa was very unsatisfactory. I purchased the super express service, thinking that i would get my visa in one day. It took 4 days for issuance. As a company that provides such services, you are supposed to double check all paper work before sharing it with the authorities (The authorities asked 3 times for better copies of my papers although all were shared in high-resolution). One month ago, i shared the exact same documents with another service and the authority never asked for better copies. They either shared them in low resolution or missed submitting some documents. I won't be working with them again or recommending them to anyone.

Very good site for evisa,reasonable and are having better communication.i have done my visa for oman, though it became late,so immediately after 4days they have informed, it is delayed by govt.and i got it after 6 days, next working day after the weekend.i would recommend.

This was the first time I have used this service and I did so for an Omani E-Visa. I applied on Tuesday, was informed via email it could take up to 3 working days. I received a follow-up email letting me know things were progressing with no problem. Then I received notification the application was successful along with a copy of my E-Visa. All of this happened within 48 hours of when I initiated the process. Prompt, efficient service, with status notification along the way. Very nice job in my opinion!

This was the first time I had to use iVisa services since I had to apply for Oman Visa. It was a paperless affair with clear indications on the status. The chats were also helpful. Good Job.
We paid to have visas to Oman rushed in 12 hours but did not receive our visas for 4 days. Our trip had to be cancelled as a result. We have friends who were traveling with us who applied directly to the Oman e-visa site with no guarantee of getting their visas in less than 24 hours and they received them within 12 hours without paying for this service. Very disappointing and we felt mislead.
Visa was approved after we arrived the country and having paid for another set of visas upon arrival... poorly handled visa issuance process with no clear information about potential delays...very disappointing situation after more than a week since the application September 7th #225152...100% dissatisfied!!!
Since I am not a veteran of traveling overseas and applying for a visa, I struggled a bit in the beginning. However in the end I found Ivisa very efficient and very courteous and caring.
The follow up was not good. I was expecting a close follow up since I asked and paid for the premium service (1 day process visa) and due to the delays on the government side, frequent updates and follow up would be more professional; I was asking for updates from time to time.
Such a disappointing service. I paid an additional USD120 for a 1 day service and it took 5 days - which was after my trip! So I had to cancel my trip and lose money on hotels etc Bottom line is this - iVisa take money for a service that they cannot provide - they do nothing more than what I can do for myself by just submitting my docs on the embassy website. So answer me this - what is the difference in effort between submitting docs on the embassy website compared with doing this on the iVisa website? I truly dont understand how they have a business at all.
Needs to be made clear whether expats living as residents can apply under GCC residency or if they must apply using citizenship passport.
The experience would have been perfect had it not been for the fact that it was not possible to upload the necessary PDF documents in the mobile site. It kept giving a non helpful error. When I switched to my laptop, it worked.
I applied for a visa to leave by a certain date, and even though I did receive my visa ahead of time I kept getting emails from ivisa saying that it is still in process. Two hours before my flight I log into my account and I see a document just sitting there and it was my visa! I ran to the airport and I made it but then a week later I get an email from iVisa saying that my visa was completed. Basically they got it done on time but wouldn't believe a single email I receive from them. Also I paid for the visa to be sped up after it was too late for them to do anything about it. I ended up getting a refund but I am shocked the system allows you to do that.

Great if you’re not in a rush to get a visa. Automated process can leave you a little worried regarding hold ups, completion etc. I’m wondering why the visa was forwarded at 1.30 am when clearly the visa would have been issued during the working hours at least 9 hours earlier?

Using ivisa was simple and straightforward, I applied visa for Oman because I applied to early they had to put it on hold, as soon as I was within the time frame my visa was processed within 24hrs. They kept me posted throughout from start to finish. The chat button assistant is very helpful and not just computer generated, you are actually talking to a person. I would use again. Also filling in the form was simple.

Process was easy. If you have to add additional documents after the initial upload, the web page is not very user friendly for that but I just sent them via email and they received them in a timely manner. We got our visas without any problems. The service was great.

Process to long on your website We need to give evidence for airplane ticket but I'm arriving by car ! Same about accommodation... I'm inviting in the villa of my friend. You dont need this 2 requests to approve the VISA. Better to take it out from your site.
U pay so much money for 24 hours service because u have something urgent and u will get it in 72 hours! How efficient is this?
