I was applying for a visa to Saudi Arabia, which was a very easy process on the iVisa app. At one stage I was worried that I had not uploaded the necessary documents correctly. So I contacted iVisa on the number provided and in a very short time I was contacted by a lady who reassured me that everything was ok.

I never leave feedback, but id def like people to know how simple ivisa was to use and how great the support line was. turnaround time for my saudi visa was within 24hours, which is great! i needed to amend my application as was immediately resolved.
it's been a tremendous experience. however, I wasn't certain about the processing time. finally, it ended up in a good experience. charges are a little expensive.
It was quick and simple , the only thing I would like to improve is if we had a phone number to contact for any possible issues , as speaking to robots is sometimes limiting.
