Ivisa is my go to visa this is my second time I used Ivisa to get my visa and now I got it under 1 day. I couldn't get a visa for my child because, on their system, it is not allowed to travel to KSA without vaccination. Obviously, this information is outdated. I would say it is essential to be updated with the rules and regulations. I sensed that customer service was not informed or has the latest information, but when I explained, they put all the effort to ensure this is rectified and eventually I got the visa for my child. Well done!

I paid for a visa in 8 hours. I received a dozen emails, a mix of Italian and English language, very confusing, asking for the same item many times. After 14 hours I had no visa, so I had to use another provider and pay again. I ask for full refund.
