It was a little bit confusing especially the way you work out the fees. Also the question about the hotel because some people try to get the visa first. I personally found getting the passport scan right as the most difficult part .

It was easy to fill out and navigate around. The issue i found was the hotel section putting in phone numbers and email addresses. Goggle and Bing only find you travel services search engines, which do not put you on the actual hotel search. Naturally they do not want to give you the number so you can contact them direct
The process is sleak. I just found it difficult to workout if the pictures I uploaded were accepted as I see a green tick but the red warning still on. Tried to get in touch with the help team on WhatsApp but they never replied. Overall, we got the visas eventually.

In less than a week i received the resquested visa to Saudi Arabia and the whole process was very easy to do. I'm very satisfied with IVisa :) There's one thing i'd like to comment about: When i firstly sent my passport photo, it got rejected and the explanation they told me was an automatic message with probable causes. A specific message could be more useful, in order to successfully correct the rejection cause faster.

Everything was fine. The only issue I had was with uploading the photos and passport scans, it was a bit confusing. It could do with being a bit simpler.
