I have submitted my completed visa application for travel to Saudi Arabia on 11/17/2022 and received the approved visa the next day which is amazing.
The best thing u don’t have to go anywhere the visa comes to u Thanks for iVisa
Unfortunately, you did not fulfill your contractual obligations. According to the contract and the amount of money paid, you should have issued my visa within 24 hours, neither the visa was issued nor the amount I paid back!
EXPERIENCE IS OK, BUT THE INFORMATION PROVIDED ON THE EMAILS (IN COMING INCLUDING VISA APPROVAL) ARE NOT EASY TO READ, SUCH AS THERE ARE NOT MENTIONED THE NAME OF THE PERSON FOR WHOM I APPLIED THE VISA. HAVE TO OPEN FULL MAIL TO KNOW THE NAME OF THE PERSON. ITS VERY FASTER SERVICE, APPRECIATE
Very easy to understand and fill in the information including uploading the Photo.
I give ten stars to Ivisa . Applied for visa without any difficulty. The steps are easy to follow. I would recommend all my family and friends to use this website. I couldn’t believe when I got my visa in a few hours through email . Thankyou team Ivisa .
Customer service is very poor. People at the customer service either have very poor knowledge of English or lazy and not technically well trained.
Easy process and very effective. Fast and clear. I applied for visa on Friday and in less than 48 hrs I have my e-visa in mi email.
Very good response Fast clear Will use this office for future traveling Thanks for your help
Quick response from support. Easy application. No hassle. Photo upload was very easy even when corrected
The Visa application process has been very easy. Can't believe the approval also has been very quick. There was always help available online if you need any along the way. Ivisa is amazing and the pricing I think is reasonable.
Extremely fast turnaround. Paid for standard 5-day turnaround and received our visas in less than 24 hrs!! Had a follow-up question via their chat option and they were very helpful. Will definitely use them again.
Great service people was been in contact with me all they way to end
Instructions are poor, links don't work because they are downloaded as PDF files, response from customer service inadequate. A five minute task is taking days.
Website is very simple to understand, the response time is very quick & updates at every single step of the way
Very easy process. Fast response. Very reliable. Applied from the convenience of my home. Got my visa same day. Will use them again.
Application for visa and response was efficient. I am satisfied with it. But it is still desired that expediting fee be reduced or abolished.
iVisa service application was a little confusing at first, but they delivered in hours instead of days - well done!
The service and outcome was extremely fast. I lodged and within 5 hours received the VISA. Very thankful for it

The order finalisation page was confusing as it did not let me progress without selecting add ons. I then had to pay for one of the add ons only to realise my application had been submitted in the previous page
I am happy for the easy access and quick response. Greatly appreciated the service.
For the first time dealing with your company so far I am very pleased thank you
