It is very easy access to get VISA, I am very comparable the service levels.
We had applied Visa for 4 people to be given within24hrs. 3 people were given the Visa but the 4th person’s visa did not come through. We communicated repeatedly but still the visa was not given. We had to waste precious time in the day of Departure to request once again for visa for the 4th person. Visa came through an hour before we had to leave for the airport. Very inefficient & poor service

Good service overall except for the delay by additional 36 hours... Also chat service for queries yielded no response after initial acknowledgement. Expect more easily approachable and transparent customer service options.

I use SBI VISA card from India. But, could not pay using this. It showed as payment could not be made and asked to contact my bank although my card worked perfectly for transactions in other websites.. So, had to use my friend's credit card to use... even though I contacted the customer care, the problem was not resolved.
I had A LOT OF TROUBLE with this application as time and again your office wanted PHOTOS to be attached to the VISA. I in fact sent a photo but I have received no receipt for it and I don't have time to worry about it. Why was I loaded with unnecessary requests ? I am not happy AT ALL. I am happy that this headache is at last over , I hope !

It was quick as I did not experience any difficulty in filling the form ..,my concern is that I applied n paid the visa fee but as been given to understand.. on line ...That i will receive my visa only before travel... Appreciate having helpline ..which left me in peace... Thanks Ujjaini Rattansey

Horrible service! I tried to use the help desk and they were slow to nonresponsive. I paid 4 times the amount compared to my friend and it took even longer than him to receive his visa!

Having taken money for a 30min approval, It took you two days. I have already arrived in the said country. And had to spend more for a visa on arrival. This is not right!

The cost I paid for getting the visa was atrocious. The actual cost of the Govt is only $20 per person and these people charged me $84 for two persons. Then they gave a bait that if I take the visa from them that day a discount of 30% would be offered on their services which came out to be $12 and hence still I landed up paying $72 as against the Govt fee of $40. Please be cautious of the schemes and go directly to the Govt website eta.gov.lk slvisa and you will get the visa in no time for $20 per person only.
At first I did think it was good, now after finding the problems that I am charged 4 times the amount what should be and NO one is willing to talk to me after phone calls from Aust. to Us and emails to date no reply , a visa to Sri lanka cost US $ 35 from Austalia I am being charged US$330.84 and NO One wants to talk to me , So for the fast service I received after they told me it would take 3 working days I did received next day with a 400% increase in Price ??, the call center phones are a waste as they refer to the US phone number it makes you think you are dealing with ?????? I would highly recommend iVisa. There are some overly-expensive and slow visa suppliers out there. iVisa is by far and away the best provider.
