As an Indian passport holder, your website gives WRONG INFORMATION. It charges excessively for a visa that costs 20 USD and is immediate from the Sri Lankan government’s side. Just because of misinformation such as on your website (where you add in rush fees, and processing fees as separate to the actual visa fee, it’s disconcerting to make such a mistake and pay all these extra fees when the truth is the visa comes almost instantly! It took less than 15 min to receive my approval email, and I have now found out that on the government website, the visa email is almost immediate! Regardless of when you apply. It’s just left a bad taste in my mouth and I will NOT BE USING YOUR SERVICES again. Think about lowering your various fees and being true to the actual service you’re providing.

Service fee seems to be very high, visa fee and service fee both equal. Transit visa which is for a day or so, charges are high as the same fee is good for 30 days stay in Sri Lanka.

Very quick and simple just irritating why you have to have them at all. Its just another money making exercise for some countries., The information is the same as on your passport plus arrival date.

Visa processing service fees is more than 100% cost of the Visa (USD 20) fees itself. Need to consider revising for SAARC countries. Speed at which the Visa was processed is amazing.
