It was very quick. Rather than filling a large form this was short and easy.
They are charging Visa fee - 20$ and service fee - 20$. The Visa application is pretty simple to fill, charging 20$ is waste of money. We can directly apply in the Sri Lanka site do it on our own. The application asks only basic info and u get the visa mailed within hours. I wouldn't recommend ivisa.
It was easy filling up the viza form.only while paying the fees through debit card ,it was not accepted twice but the bank SMS confirmed its debit.Later actually it was seen that ETA is approved & on request refund is actioned.All prompt actions.Exllent job.
it was smooth as a tropical cool breeze. No complaints. Just one suggestion: the website offers delivery of hard copy at home, and this can make the unaccustomed user feel it is mandatory to take these delivered hard copies (instead of the emailed one). So in this option you can add: "This is not required if visitor can take print of ETA copy which is emailed to them."

After attempting to obtain a visa on the government website twice, I gave up and used this service for the first time. It was remarkably easy to use and took less than half the time spent on the governments website. The processing fee was reasonable too. I paid for the rush service but sadly didn’t receive my visa within 3 hours. After speaking to staff via chat it was sent to me quickly. I also received a refund for the rush fee. There seemed to be a delay with approval from the government but I am pleased with how ivisa dealt with my complaint quickly and appreciate the refund.
Service is not so good as Sri Lanka is not charging for the children of age 2 - 12 years, but you are charging 20 USD. This is not at all fair. Traveler from India to Sri Lanka should not be charged so highly as we are in SAARC countries. Proportionately the service charges should be reduced.
