Technically it's not possible to provide a copy of ticket without a valid visa. Ticket shall follow only after visa. So asking for proof of ticket for the visa processing doesn't make sense.
I had multiple mails and follow up reminders regarding the Visa approval and processing. It took us more than 40 days before we get the approval of this Visa. I would say my review is somewhere slight below average due to inconvenience and long que time of waiting until we get the Visa approval. I hope this won't happen again in the future out else we might adjust our date of application to be earlier in 2 months before our flight departure date. Thank you

Is the Ukraine eVisa system operational under the current martial law?
Yes. The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine continues to issue eVisas online. However, because Ukrainian airspace remains closed, you can't fly directly into the country. You must cross into Ukraine via an official land checkpoint from a neighboring country like Poland, Romania, Slovakia, Hungary, or Moldova.
What are the mandatory health insurance requirements for the Ukraine eVisa?
You must upload a valid health insurance policy providing a minimum coverage of €30,000 or its equivalent. In 2026, Ukrainian border authorities strictly require that the policy explicitly covers war risks, martial law-related injuries, and emergency medical evacuation.
What are the available entry types for the Ukraine eVisa?
The government offers two choices: a single-entry eVisa and a double-entry eVisa. Both allow a maximum stay of 30 days.
Can I use the Ukraine eVisa for a private or family visit?
Yes. The eVisa covers tourism, business, private/family visits, medical treatment, cultural/sports activities, and media work. For a private visit, you must upload an official, notarized invitation letter from a Ukrainian citizen or registered resident.
Can I extend my stay in Ukraine while on an eVisa?
No. You can't extend the eVisa itself online. If you need to remain in Ukraine past your allotted 30 days due to unforeseen circumstances, you must apply in person at a local office of the State Migration Service of Ukraine before your visa expires.
Is the Ukraine eVisa valid for long-term residency or work?
No. The eVisa is strictly for short-term stays of up to 30 days. If you plan to relocate, study, or work in Ukraine, you must apply for a long-term Type D visa through a Ukrainian Embassy, Consulate, or official Visa Application Center (VAC) abroad.
Do children/minors need their own Ukraine eVisa?
Yes. There aren't any age exemptions; every traveler, including infants, must have their own individual visa. For minors, you must upload a birth certificate and, if traveling with only one parent, a notarized consent letter from the non-traveling parent.
Do I need a visa to transit in Ukraine?
Because Ukraine's airspace is closed, all transit occurs via land checkpoints where you must clear immigration. Ukraine doesn't issue a transit option through the electronic portal; you'll need a standard short-term Type C eVisa to travel through its territory.
How will I receive the Ukraine eVisa?
