A very easy and friendly procedure that facilitates travels to the UK at a reasonable price.
Very easy to do. I should have received the document within 24 hours but it only took 2 hours to get it. Very good experience with a system that works well
Most of this application was user friendly. I am NOT a computer person. I had a bit of anxiety. The difficult part was taking a picture of the passport. BUT, after a bit it took the picture. I am not sure if my picture went through . My face, not the passport. The process said it was complete. Waiting for review.
The process to apply was easy. I was able to complete registration without difficulty. I hope getting into the UK is equally as easy. Then your service will be wonderful.
Made a last minute application for the ETA and was told it would take a day for the cheapest application. However withthin 2 hrs the application was approved already
We received these, as promised, within 2 days. Even though we are both in our 70s and not very tech savvy, we were able to do the process ourselves. So we are grateful for the way you set this up.
The steps were easy to a point. I would’ve preferred having numbers for each traveller on one application. I made the mistake of putting the same pix on for two different people because they were not numbered. Otherwise I was ok with it all.
Application process took 5 minutes, approval came in less than an hour.

Easy to process. However, the only part to be improved is the information for the guardian, who needs to apply for a Son/daughter

Getting the ETA is very quick, though I thought the process was quite expencive. the service was prompt and thorough so and I am happy with the result.

It was a shame this wasn’t brought to my attention earlier as I booked the trip in June/July It caused a lot of concern and worry, Thanks to ivisa it came through while in Uk.

i am an older person and nöt a digital person but i managed to navigate the online app quite comfortably without too much stress or confusion,
My fault makes me many times missed the 2nd traveler's photo and passport,when I caught that item,I had finished fluently.
When we went to the site we were told to use, namely uk-eta-application. We couldn't figure out if we were successful or not ...and we weren't successful, since money payment was required... This site did not tell us that, or give any information about what we needed to do. Your site was great, easy, fast,clear....and even less expensive. Thanks
I liked I was able to bounce between my computer and iPhone. I was a little confusing at first, but then I got the pattern. The only issue is when you are done, when the screen displays the message, your visa is under review this should take long. You don't know if you should close the page or leave it open until this step completes. Also, you don't receive a message on the site that you have received an email with the status.
There was no prerequisite that I had to complete a survey before I could download the document. Now I am told that I cannot download the document until I have completed the survey
The procedure ist some sort of complicated and the final document as an email is on the one side large and on the other side it does not look like an official approvement to the immigration.
As mentioned, I had some problems with the payment from a Norwegian bank (using the Norwegian BankID). I had to try 3 times before payment was registred, and due to this, I received several reminders for completing (even though the payment had gone through the 3rd time)
From the beginning of the process the setup were easy to follow and if any mistakes one is notified to correct it immediately without delaying the visa process am very glad
Very user friendly process. Easy to follow instructions and great feedback and communication. Approval came in less than 2 hours.
Overall very straight forward and easy to use. Visas for travel to the UK for my wife and myself were approved in less than 24 hours. Only complaint was their NUMEROUS (at least 6) requests to submit a new photo after my initial submission wasn’t accepted. I submitted the photo they ultimately accepted after their first request, then they keep emailing me as if they didn’t get it. That’s why a 4 instead of 5. I was tempted to give a 3 rating.
