I have had nightmarish experience dealing with online application - but this is an exception. It is simple and so easy to use.
I was dreading this experience, because I have difficulty getting my phone to interact with QR codes, I always anticipate a bad experience with that. In the course of applying for my visa, the chat was helpful and intuitive.
Well like I said earlier it was clear and I could understand every details it just the price for me I thought the money will be lesser than expected but it is what it is .
--Easy to use --We heard that some in our group got Visas from a different source that cost $20.00. Mine cost around $100.00!

It was very difficult for me to take the selfie, but the Sherpa app was worse, thats why I used your app. But yours is to expensive, against the Sherpa. I am 74 years old and I dont like apps.

It was very quick and easy to fill in, but it took some time to upload the photos properly.
Once I figured out how to navigate the system things went quite smoothly and I received my documents much more quickly than I had anticipated.
I appreciate the ease of accessing the iVisa. With all the travel documentation that one is required to obtain for traveling abroad, IVisa was the more easier to obtain.

Be prepared to upload or take a recent photo of yourself before you start the application process. I had to fiddle with the lighting and background before my photo was accepted. But overall, the process was very speedy.
Not being very computer literate, I had some difficulty sending the required photos. However, I succeeded in the end and received the ETA the same day as my application. Excellent service but very expensive.

Easy online process. Obtained my Visa within 48 hours, although request was done over the weekend. I recommend iVisa to get your United Kindgom ETA.
The ease of which I was able to upload my documents, ease of instructions, and fast approval. However I felt the price was excessive for this product.
Having to deal with my own daughter visiting me in the home she grew up in in Hemel Hempstead and being messed around and rejected in the government.org sites was painful. They charge 16 pound but eveytime you are rejected tou ha e to re apply and pay again!!!! Painful
I have to apply and it costs soooo much. Israel is similar but much cheaper.
It was not easy to upload a good enough picture of my passport
I gave 5 stars based on the usability of the app and the speed at which our visas were processed. The only thing that caught us off guard is the price difference from what the website says it will cost to.the checkout on the app. It's extra fees we were not expecting to see. Other than that super efficient and would use it again.

The application process was relatively speedy but it was rather difficult to take acceptable selfies and passport scans. Also, it took a while to complete an answer to the question about my son’s legal guardian.
It was very easy and straight forward. I was also very surprised by the fast turnaround...I was notified of completion in less that 24 hours. All that having been said I'm extremely disappointed by at the cost to travel into Scotland
It would be good to inform a customer what to expect at the beginning. I had no idea it would involve photos. That was not my experience with a ETA for Canada.

Easy guidance and did not take long to apply. Would recommend to make the application via mobile phone due to uploads of passport photo and photo of yourself which cannot be the passport photo
Was mostly straightforward. I applied using a laptop and was surprised to find the software didn't have the option to use a laptop camera, so I had to switch to using a smartphone instead.

Short and sweet, no lengthy paperwork, a few pictures and details of your passport. It's over and done.
Unfortunately I did not know about the special visa necessary to enter the UK from the US. It was the day before my flight when I found out. However, I was able to get my Visa completed in 4 hours through iVisa. It was easy to use the app. I was really pleased with the communication with iVisa through WhatsApp. Totally recommend!
The photo taking process was tricky; I didn’t understand the “center your face” directive. Also surprised when the photo turned out to include my torso as well as face!
