Pretty easy to complete application. Received approval in less than a day. Application fee was fairly reasonable. Major concern was the additional processing fee -- $90 per application.
The ease of online application completion and photo uploads made the experience pleasurable.
It took me a number of times to complete the process because basically the photos. Someone savvier than me might not have an issue.
It was great to be able to take my picture with my phone but complete the application process using my PC.
The process was very simple, even while traveling during the process. Thank you!
Easy to use, would have given it a higher rating except I don't understand why the UK is requiring Visas from Citizens Of the USA

I don’t think you should pay just to speak to someone who then tells you to go to a website which then charges you again for the visa.One shouldn’t have to pay for the phone call, especially if the website doesn’t answer your specific question.😱🤔😖
Not being techie it was a struggle but go thru it. Others would breeze thru.
The application was simply; however I think I missed what was required and did not have my information uploaded before I began.
Unfortunately after I applied and paid I found out that going direct to the UKGOV sight is cheaper
My experiance was grate because you can skip parts and come back to them later and everything was realy understandable

The biggest problem was take a picture of the passport without reflexes
It was not easy for me. I had my phone where I not could find pdf. When i went to my computer I find the pdf so i could find the ETA. I still wonder if it is the real ETF. Can I really use this form in the passkontroll?
It was stressful. We made a late application with less than 2 days before our UK flight. I don't know if I made a mistake filling out the ETA application but I was accepted and my daughter, on the same application was rejected. Your company was kind and clear in all the communications and sorted it all out so that, less than 6 hours later, my daughter's visa came through. Thankyou.
Because of my aging computer equipment I had trouble attaching photographs to the application. One photograph was rejected without explanation but when I replaced it with an alternative the original rejected one was used!!!!!!!!!!!1
Had difficulties uploading my photo via phone. I did it via the drop file method. I had assistance from iVISA team via email.
It would be helpful to know that you need to have non-passport pictures available, and that you need to take pictures of your passport as well as fill in the relevant information on them. Particularly if you are doing Visas for yourself and your partner.
This was very quick and easy to use to appy for your Visa for the UK. IT didn't take long to complete and is good for 2 years. I am very pleased that once submitted i got the Visa excepted in just a few days.
Was a bit apprehensive about doing vids on line but process was very straightforward
You should have been informed upfront that you needed a digital copy of your passport and a picture. I had to scramble to get it all together. I have rated higher if I was better informed before starting the process.

The Customer Service was extremely patient and helpful by reprocessing our application which due to a mistake of mine partly failed (I got an approval at once, my daughter failed at first). However, if there had been a possibilty to alter the mistake in our application by ourselves, it wouldn´t have been necessary to ask for assistance which took the team almost two hours time.
You have addressed me by my middle name. My last name is Litchfield, not Macintyre (my middle name). Besides this gross error, the service was truly special, wonderful. There were problems and you addressed these issue instantly and the visa was issued almost immediately! WOW!
Easy to navigate website. Easy upload photos and documents . Confused about the three choices only for receiving visa , 24 hrs , 4 hrs or one hour when I asked for visa with plenty of time before needing.
I got my UK visa—eventually. I find QR codes particularly abstruse, so the site's unrelenting dependence on them is awkward and a nuisance. Surely there's a better way.
The prompts were simple and operated accurately. I didn’t feel my time was being wasted.
It was a fairly easy to use and a quick turn-around to get the UK ETA. There are extra charges for this service, but the upside is the fast turnaround time. If you don't mind paying the extra this is for you.

The document was easy to fill and the handling was very smoothly. Receiving different information mails during the process is interesting because you know what is happening with your request. This whole process was so fast (compared to the Esta to enter the US :))
The application is relatively smooth and easy to use. I had some difficulties with the payment but the reason is because of my bank’s ultra protection for online transactions. What is quite pleasing is the use of the camera. More efficient than I had expected and caught me off guard. Overall, a pleasant experience.

So far this process has been seamless. I do not have my visa as yet but geez, I just submitted it a couple hours ago. It has been reviewed and sent forward to the government to check out.
I was frustrated with problems with photos on the application, but staff was wonderful in helping me through it. I appreciated their help a LOT, and was able to get through without any major setbacks.

Having had a problem with trying to get both visas for my wife and I because of lack of information for the 2nd traveller (my wife) I was granted the visa quicker than I was expecting and denied for my wife. I then decided to reapply for my wife separately and happy to say it was successful and received her visa overnight.
It was easy. We'll see how smooth things go at the airports, but getting the ETA for UK travel was a breeze. I was able to get for myself, my son and my niece all at once.
Efficient, but guidance for proper picture for uploading could be clearer upfront.

Well it took a while to do it but, when I had problems they were addressed immediately so I am very happy with the whole process
Almost everything went smooth and well, the only little issue I had was taking the photo. It tokk a while to get the app respond for the upload or taking the photo.
It was a lot easier to use than the British government website.
This is my first go at getting a Visa for GB and it was quite easy to understand.
