The process was quick and efficient. We were kept up to date as we waited for approval. I felt the price was fair. I would've liked to have known we needed other pictures ahead of time but it all worked out great. There are many different ways to upload for those who aren't tech savvy! Would definitely use again!
Your refund service is good, but I ended on your website because I clicked on buttons by naivety and paid for something I could do myself. On top, during my payment on your website, my credit card was pirated. Luckily my bank inhibited worse.

I had not done something like this in a long time and spelling ones name differs if you look at passport faceside or underline. Are there other options and fees for the Eta apart from speedy or rush requests?
It was easy and great but expensive. Grant has been married to me, a British citizen for 43yrs and has never been admitted without a visa usually as a spouse on a short term but never having to pay over 80 pounds just to come for a holiday and visit his daughters. So surely by now you could have something for people who don’t want to stay forever just a few weeks on holiday. Anyway it was stress free apart from that.

As we were on a time constraint, the ability to have the visa processed in less than 3 days (4 hours to be exact) was really important. From the start this site was absolutely user friendly. Tonight was a Sat night and we didn’t know Hong Kong people flying to UK has to apply for an ETA, which is claimed to take 3 working days on the official UK site, but our flight is tomorrow. We were so panic until we found iVisa, which helped us get everything approved within 30 minutes with the super rush 1-hour subscription. There was quite a bit of premium honestly but still worth it coz otherwise our entire trip could have been screwed up.

No Idea. This is the first time I used iVisa. This was OK, but I can't compare to other ways
It was very easy to apply only took a few minutes, except for when trying to take the two photographs that was a little tricky and took the most time but otherwise I would highly recommend this
I started with another company they wanted to charge 144 pounds for the TSA pass, IVisa was Less than half that price.
