I was able to complete the process with minimal problems. I lost the link on my phone, and the system allowed me to complete the process on the computer which I had started the application with. The response giving me the Visa was almost immediate. Well done.

The procedure was straightforward, and I was impressed with how rapidly I got a positive response even with the standard procedure. I could imagine some users may find it difficult to take and upload a photo from their phone if they are filling out the application on their computer. That said, I find the visa fee quite high.

It is a very practical and quick way of getting the important ETA-document, That is; because it is digital,and easy to fill out. I struggled a little with adding a photo, but the problem was not difficult to handle with; it just needed a little patience.

Visas to the UK have become required from US citizens for the first time. The process has been perfected and can be completed online, including pictures. We got our visas faster than brewing a cup of coffee. No kidding! The fees are hefty, but they seem to fade against the background of the simple process and fast delivery.
Was charged over $500 CAD for 2 UK Visas. I later found out we could have got them for u der $50 CAD on the UK Gov site
Form was easy enough, had some difficulty with the photo of my passport, but just kept trying

It’s a quick and very simple way to get your visa, but for us who did a last minute trip, and didn’t know that we need an ETA visa, it was very expensive. We paid $461.00 and it’s a bit much, but we had no choice our flight home leaves from London, so if we want to go home we need to pay.
Easy to use. Just hope I’ve got the correct eta for Heathrow.

The pictures snap way too fast - otherwise it was great. Those of us that wear glasses have to keep the glasses on to read the instructions, but we are not supposed to wear glasses while the photo os being taken, BUT the photo clicks automatically once ones face is framed and there are no retakes. However, my app was approved anyway, so...
The Visa document was delivered quickly once the process was complete. However, uploading my photo and passport wasn’t awkward. It was easier than having to visit a British embassy, but not up to current standards of online documentation.
I received chat help from Ana. She was super. Very helpful, very patient. No problem. No stress. Just perfect.
The process was very simple and quick to follow. With the standard rate, I still received my visa approval within 10 minutes.
This experience was a first time for me and the beginning of the application was satisfactory. I did have issues with getting my photo applied to the applicaton primarily due to my limited skill in that area. My recommendation would use the chat process for assistance early in your problem issue as the assistant skill made it quite easy to complete.
The form was easy to complete. The App worked smoothly, and I got my document quickly. The only downside was that it was more expensive than I thought it would be.
Rather complicated the procedure of the e-visa for elders, who cannot use mobile phones easily.
