As a Venezuelan citizen, you need a visa to enter Mexico. Contact your local Mexican consulate or embassy for more information about obtaining a visa.
If you have obtained a valid visa already, you also need a Mexican tourist card, also called a Forma Migratoria Múltiple (FMM). Getting this card through iVisa is quick and easy. Keep reading for more information about entering Mexico as a Venezuela passport holder.
Do Venezuelan citizens need a visa for Mexico?
Yes. While Venezuelan citizens were visa-exempt for Mexico, this requirement has changed recently. You must obtain a visa to visit Mexico through your nearest embassy or consulate. iVisa currently does not offer this service.
Is the Mexico Tourist Card the same as a Mexico Visa?
If you already have a valid visa for Mexico, you also need a Mexico Tourist Card. This is a mandatory requirement for all travelers going to Mexico. Please note that it does not replace a visa. It is valid for a single entry.
The Mexican Tourist Card or Mexican Forma Migratoria Múltiple is a document you can obtain on the plane on your way to your destination or on arrival. iVisa allows you to get the card online before departure to ensure you're fully prepared for your trip.
