I am very satisfied with the speed with which the exchanges of information were made and also with the good will that Dina and her team attended me, always putting themselves at my disposal and helping me in understanding the process, everything was perfect.
The information was clear, once I had paid the process flowed rapidly and upon submission an instant update followed by another saying the visa will take a longer than usual due to government approval. That said I got the visa at the revised time.
