The process of applying for Australia visas was very easy, good tips on the video, especially about the use of sellotape to keep the passport flat. The visa came through very quickly and I have stored it on the App as well as storing the email. The only downside I encountered was the slowness after clicking the 'next' button? Would recommend though!

I applied originally to Australian Government back in November and basically applied for the wrong visa and also did not fill in correctly so I was asked to do a medical. The fact that we were able to communicate via text messages with your staff. It was good to have human beings and not computers at your end. We are old people with limited IT skills so we did need help.

This is the second time I’ve used this company as I was so very impressed with my first experience. When I told them that I was unable to post the required documents on the form as requested but could only email them, I was given the email address and told to go ahead and email them, which I did. They dealt with everything so courteously, efficiently and quickly that I am happy to use them again and refer everyone to their great service.

Although there was a delay in obtaining my Australian visitor visa, this was due to delays at their government end. iVisa support staff kept me informed of this through to completion and answered all my questions. Great service!
Was easy to follow as I am not that computer savvy at my age (retired) my son done the picture passport part incase I screwed it up but all in all it was straight forward 👍🏼
It was really to easy to use, instructions were very clear and the follow-up was great. Loading pictures was a bit difficult from a Mac device but I suspect the system is more adapted for Android environment.

The Ease of completing the application was great but mor importantly, receiving regular updates about the status was excellent.
