Was waiting on a VISA that I had applied for online. It was logged as received but nothing else happened. Got to 4 days before trip (sons Wedding in Australia). Panic!!!! Applied with IVISA they cancelled the original Visa Application and resubmitted on the Friday (due to fly the following Tuesday). Visa granted on the Sunday. Very, very happy. Reassured every step of the way.

Instructions were easy to follow, and a blurry scan elicited a request for a better scan quickly instead of derailing the whole process. After the second scan attempt, approval only took maybe half a day.

It was my first time using the IVISA app. the instructions were easy to follow, the uploads went effortly I did not have to redo anything. The only thing I would surgest is to have the visa application alowed to be added to iphone wallet so you can present it when checking in or upon arrival in Austrailia. Maybe this is avalable and I do not know how to activate it. Thank you.
