I was not aware of the need for Visa for Australia- not flagged by airline or travel agent until checking in ant anurport for the flight. Australian govt website - extremely prolonged. iVISA to the rescue. Expedited process was spot on. They made the process super easy.

I left my ETA until a couple of days before I left for Sydney. The official website repeatedly rejected my scans and photos and ate my application several times without a trace. I turned to iVisa out of desperation and had my ETA within three hours. Something is really wrong with the official website!

Well I am new to the world of out of Us travel so I was so so lost. So the first was really easy but I didn’t know about the visa itself so my friends SarahFina helped me thru the rest . The only complaint I have is that I did call and couldn’t get thru. But SarahFina did . It’s a good apt but to a new comer it’s ruff and confusing
