After grave disappointment with several other sites which advertised Australian visa for Canadians and let me go through most of the forms before ending the process without explanation and recommending to contact the Consulate, I finally struck gold with iVisa. It was cheaper to use Android application. It took you directly to the Australian gov site and their site didn't lock up as IVisa did. However, it did get the job done effeciently.

I tried to get my Australia ETA from the official Australia site but was immediately informed that as a US Citizen I was ineligible. Knowing that to be untrue, I assumed a website issue was to blame. It took me a while to complete my application. As soon as I used the IVISA form, it is user friendly except the taking or scanning acceptable picture. I tried a couple of times, still unsuccessful.
I had been having trouble with the ETA web site to get a business visa issued. There were no responses from the ETA web site when I asked for help. I searched the web again for a new agency to help me and came across iVisa.com. I provided all relevant information and even had help from their Customer Service (Antonella) all in the same day. The application moved very quickly and I was approved. I will use iVisa for all other international travel from now on,....great service.
