The service was excellent, there was a little bit of confusion on my part as to what we needed to do, however, the staff at iVisa were very helpful at each step of the way and we got there. It is a very, very good and cost effective way to get your visas for Vietnam. It has made this process very easy, this will be our fifth trip to Vietnam and has been the easiest way to get visas. We would highly recommend.

No assurance on when will i get the visa. Its been 6 days I applied for vietnam visa. I finally had to cancel my flight.
We were not advised that the application could take longer than the maximum time they advised us, and so, due to delays, we did not receive our visa in time for our trip. This therefore rendered the visa useless when we did receive it, and we were denied a refund.
Customer support was good but I did not receive my Visa in time for my flight to depart Thailand to Vietnam. I paid extra for fast processing to avoid this issue and I missed my flight. There was no information on the website or anywhere else in the Visa process stating that processing might be dealyed due to holidays. I just got my Visa approval after I left the airport. If it had been issued a 1/2 hour beforehand I would not have missed my flight.

There was a delay and I didn't get my visa on time. But at the airport they allowed me to purchase a visa at customs. Despite the problem, I visa was good to work with and readily refunded me

Really good service and fast! I was worried because my flight was in 6 days and the visa was supposed to be ready in 5, but finally it was much faster than I was expecting and I received my visa in 3 days. Also during the process they asked me to change my photo and the chat service was really quick, they upload the new photo for me in few minuts.
Absolutely the worst service ever. They guaranteed three day approval and even committed to two days in the chat. I paid for expedited service and obtained my visa eight days later. Three days after I landed in Vietnam. Do not use this service go to the official government site. It is cheaper and more efficient

Very good and am happy now. I got my e-visa in time for my travel. Only issue is the website which sent me message that there was a problem with my application and they had to resubmit my application but at the same time I saw my visa document posted in the website which was confusing but it turned out website had an error of resubmission as actually my visa was already posted in website to download which I did. Happy customer!! :-)

Great, smooth experience with arranging for a visa approval letter for our upcoming trip to Vietnam. Application process was easy and the letter was in my inbox within a couple of days!
I applied for an urgent visa to Vietnam. The agency did the paperwork very fast but the government approval took more than expected. I wouldn't be able to board the plane so I wrote to the agency and the agent helped me to get the visa in 15 minutes so I still was able to travel.

Do not use thus service if require an urgent visa. Website issues cost over 4 hours lost time to get application in, plus inability to deliver rush option. (20 hours not 12) my travel was booked against these expectations at late notice- has been a bad and very expensive lesson. Online portal no option to speak wih human. Lorenzo tried his best to help but missed flight minus visa.
Quoted time to get my Visa was 5 business days, I received it after 8. Totally unacceptable. I would have been unable to enter the country if not for buying another expedited service from a different company.

My daughter's name on the VOA was spelled incorrectly. We waited 5 days for an incorrect letter. I trust that this will be fixed ASAP.
Easy and straight forward process to apply for our visa into Vietnam. Happy with the quick service and response time.
