There seams to be dicrepancy in the duration of processing time. The webpage states 24h normal buisness day for USD 45. However, After 24H I received letter with appologies. That can happen by dealing with governments. Though after chatting with online agents, the standard processing time seams not clear. One agent says 5 the other 1 day ... but can be delyed. I recommend a clear statement on the webpage, that it cannot be guaranteed within 24h. However, I received the Visa just before travel starts - after 4 buisness days.
i vias were quick to respond to my enquiry,regarding a delay ,but be I was expecting to get an individual approval letter But it came with 15 other peoples as well .So I was shocked to have my passport number and personal details shared with everyone.Apparently this is how the Government in Vietnam does it .So much for online Security.!! I suggest that ivisa should explain the procedure so people can be aware of it .

The experience was easy enough but their automated emails need an editor. Misspellings etc make the service seem less legit. Customer service was responsive and we got our visa papers quickly.

Update: within minutes of posting my review, I received 2 emails. One stating I was being refunded $28 which means my visa costed me $45, not the $63 I originally paid. The second email was from David, the Director of Operations and Customer Service. He was super helpful and explained that I was issued a visa and they have an email template issue that they are working on. He was super helpful and very fast at responding to all my concerns and issues. Basically it was a misunderstanding that he clarified to beyond my expectation and satisfaction. I will use them the next time I travel back to VN. DO NOT get an evisa from them. It is a rip off. I paid $63 USD for a letter on arrival that they charge $25 for. I paid an extra $45 to bypass the line up and paying the $25 stamp fees hence the evisa and not letter on arrival. I have emailed back and forth with Angela and asked the additional cost difference between the two types that they are selling. She said that I am not paying twice but refused to answer my questions about the additional cost difference between the two types. I have traveled to Vietnam before and had used different services. This one was the first that came up on google and I clicked on it. My mistake. I will never use them again. I could have gotten my letter for $10 on another site but was charge $63 and they refuse to refund the difference or acknowledge their business practice.

My approval letter had my name and someone else's name on it. I send back a email to get this corrected and I hope this will be corrected with no issues.
I paid extra money for super urgent 3 days delivery. I was not delivered within 3 days and got it at the end of 4th business day. This is unacceptable. I will be raising this at various forums. And the least I expect is refund of the extra money paid to you.

I was very hesitant when it came to using an online service for our visa approval letter. I had heard horror stories from those who had been scammed by other companies. But, I’d be lying if I said I wasn’t a little skeptical about the turnaround time and the letter actually being legit. I was in hurry because of my official leave was going to end and I was thinking of an international short time tour for my leisure. order no-134716 recieved evisa on22/11/2018 for me and my wife.there was a mistake of date of arrival in my visa,which I informed through chat message on the same day.The person from your side acknowledged the mistake,appologised and replied that ammended visa will be issued.Till date therewas no message of the action taken.Today morning I sent a mail mentioning all the details.Failing to get any reply I contacted your Kolkutta office and came to knowt that no action has been taken so far.This show your total callousness towards your customers.I am quite dissaatisfied with your team

I had problems with not receiving my visas within 5 working days. Then when i checked the status of my visa on the website it says completed and email sent. I had not received the email with the visas. iT also says that i can download the visa from the website and I was unable to do that. This matter was resolved by Angela by sending the visas to me through chat. I was rather disappointed with the problems that i encountered. We got there in the end
Update** I used the visa paper I applied for. Once I arrived at Danang airport, I didn't have to line up at the "Visa upon Arrival" counter. I went straight to customs, and showed them the visa paper and passport. They let me through. I didn't have to pay any extra fees and it saved me a trip to a separate counter. I highly recommend getting your paperwork done ahead of time. I haven't traveled using these services yet but the process was easy and simple to use.
There was a delay because of some mixup. I requested a VOA, and received email that my EVISA was incomplete.
The last time I received a VISA for Vietnam was in 2009. I had to send my passport with a VISA request to the the Vietnam consulate and wait 4 to 6 weeks for the return of the passport along with the VISA. iVisa makes getting a VISA a no hassle event. I went online and filled out the request. Payed with Paypal (there are several methods of payment available) and sent a face picture along with a picture of my passport. Just a few days later, I received the letter of entry from the Vietnam immigration service. Truly quick and painless. Amazing!
Requested visa for two individuals. Needed to provide additional information because the line on primary location is inadequate when one is travelling to multiple places with multiple tour companies. Once information was provided, we received the visa in a timely fashion however one was processed with the correct dates and the second was not. Attention to detail should be high on expectations when it comes to visa. Waiting for them to be reissued with the proper date on both.

I wouldn't even rate this 1 Star. Not only did I not receive my approval letters before my flight, I paid over $260 for the fast track service. There was little to no communication with me, except an empty promise. In the end I had to go through another company, and pay a further $270. My advice, go directly to the appropriate embassy. Lesson learned.
