I found ivisa very good to deal with. I had a problem with my photo but your chat site were very helpful in helping me to sort it out. It is much easier than getting a visa on arrival.
Bought the 3 day rush evisa. It took over 3 days and still have not received my evisa via email. I was about to lose my flight without it. It was after hours and I used the chat method on their website. Explain the current situation and within 20 minutes my evisa was complete! Thank you to the CHAT team support. I was saved and got on my flight at the last minute!
The iVisa team were really quick at replying to my emails expressing concerns which was nice as it actually meant I was kept updated with what was going on. However, there was some delays in getting my Visa to me and with my flight next day it was worrying that I might have to spend more money on a Visa at the airport. The iVisa team managed to sort my application out on the morning of my flight thankfully.
It is not a visa. It is a pre-approval letter. We still need to take 2 photos and get ithe Visaat the airport. There are other sites that offers the whole process.
I got the e-visa as advised, and I was updated of the visa progress. I am satisfied.

I got an eVisa for a trip to Vietnam. I paid $45 total. The process was completed in TWO days! I didn't even print out a copy. I also didn't have to pay any other fees at the gate. Easy as pie. I will use this company to process all of my visa needs from here on.
This was extremely easy, fast, and efficient. I originally submitted an unacceptable photo and was notified in less than 4 hours that it would not be accepted. I retook my photo, uploaded it, and both my husband and my visas were processed quickly. This provided me with the ability for a hard copy print as well as the ivisa. Very happy.

Second time I have used ivisa, overall I would recommend this company as I have had good experiences. The agent ( on chat) was great at catching some stupid mistakes I had made filling out my application and thus spared me having to redo my application. Will use this company from now on as I travel to Vietnam twice a year.
UPDATE: Although I was initially denied a refund for the visas that arrived later than I'd expected, a Help Desk supervisor called me shortly thereafter and apologized. He agreed that the webcopy could make expectations clearer & that I should have received immediate notification when it became apparent that we'd be waiting several hours due to time zone differences. And, because as assurance that our experience was atypical, they refunded our ENTIRE fee for expediting the visas! Considering that the visas still arrived as quickly as possible (which I understood once the delay explained to us), I am a very satisfied customer! ------ My group of seven applied for the three-hour visa option, described like this: "3 hours - the soonest we can get you a visa." However, since we could also have selected the 12-hour visa option, it seemed reasonable to assume that we would receive our visas in 3–12 hours. Otherwise, we reasoned, we would only have to pay the 12-hour visa expedition cost. Not so. When I reached out after 7 hours to ask about our visa status, I was told that we wouldn't receive them for another 6 hours at the earliest. When I asked for a refund, I was told that three hours is only their promise for ivisa's processing of our request & hand-off to the government. It did not include however long the government took to actually issue the visa. I understand that realities of governmental processes are what they are. However, iVisa should be more transparent about what their various claims actually mean.

Trusted and great support system! I am truly impressed with this company's fairness and will to satisfy all customers needs. I was hooked in a terrible situation where I paid for a visa on arrival and was misguided by mistake by one of the company's workers. Though knowing true value for a company is when they admit they're mistakes, reflect on the issue and give full support for any confusion made. They answered every email with full attention and eventually gave me a full refund once the issue was cleared out. They tried to do their best along the process and I can certainly say if I ever have to get a visa on arrival I wouldn't think twice and choose iVisa! The VOA form was sent to us in a timely manner. I waited over a month to write the review because I wanted to make sure it worked! It did! There is another form you should have filled out prior to arriving in Vietnam too, which they don't provide, but you can find it online for free (NA-1)
Highly recommend this website. It was so easy to complete the application process. The instructions were clear and precise. The approval was fast and the nice thing about this website is you can track the status of the application.

Waste of money to apply for super fast speed paid around $200 cad and got it a week later. got my emergency Visa done else where in 2 hours for $20
I applied for three e-visas and we didn't have a lot of time to wait for our visa, so we paid for the Rush Processing (4 days). After the time was over only one of them was done. The staff couldn't tell us why the other two aren't done yet or how long it will still take and when I asked them to contact the government or embassy I don't think they really did that. When talking to them I felt like they wouldn't really listen. Finally, after 6 days we got the other two visas. I can only recommend you not to relay on the processing times that are said on the website. Don't pay for faster processing because you won't get your money back if the visa is not ready on time. You should be fine if you apply one week before you need it.
We purchased and sent in documentation for 6 visas for Vietnam. All of them arrived in the 5 day window except 1. While I realize the company has no control over the government's approval and assignment of visas, I was left unsatisfied with the communication provided by customer service. I received vague and conflicting information in regards to the status of the pending visa.
It took too long to get approval letter as I applied on 8th Feb.2019 and getting it on 6th April. It should be on first come first serve basis. Thanks
IVisa was an excellent service and had our approval within hours even though they said it could take up to 3 days
Ultimately I got the visa I sought. However providing an acceptable picture was a tremendous hassle. I had to resubmit multiple times for acceptance. It wasn’t until I demanded a refund to seek my visa elsewhere that I received some decent advice.
Quick service. Good information via email. Low cost. Only issue was ease of website. Could not figure out how to add additional documentation at a later date.
Do it yourself, was quoted from a travel company $760 for 2 visas to Vietnam ummm, we add extras on ours with ivisa and $160 for both 😊It's a quick and easy process, the staff are very helpful, and quick to recify the mistake I made, (fat fingers). Highly recommend ivisa.

The site is easy to navigate; Processing is quick including receipt and acknowledgement for my purchase and payment. I am giving 3 stars as I question the transparency of its purpose and mission. Fine prints in the end of the email receipt tells me that I have to pay another $25.00 in the immigration window at the port of entry for Visa stamp? I later checked other sites such as the Vietnamese Visa and they are only charging $3.80 (89,000 Vietnamese Dong) for the online process, versus $20.00 this site charged me. If maybe I misunderstood this process, I am willing to retract my 3 stars and change to 5.
This took three weeks and cut to close to me leaving...what if I had been denied for some silly reason...out a bunch of money?? That was stressful
