For how long you can stay in Kyrgyzstan with a Transit eVisa?

The Kyrgyzstan Transit Visa is a single entry visa, therefore, it is created to make stopovers at the airport, however, you can stay in the country for a maximum of 5 days.

If you want to travel to this country and stay for a longer period of time you will have to apply for the Kyrgyzstan Tourist Visa. With this visa, you can stay in Kyrgyzstan for a maximum of 60 days.

  • The Kyrgyzstan Transit Visa is a single entry visa that allows you to travel to this country for up to 5 days in Total.

  • In order to apply for the Kyrgyzstan Transit e-Visa you will need to submit a copy of the visa from your final destination, which cannot be Kyrgyzstan. You will additionally need to present these documents upon arrival.

  • Your ordinary passport must be valid for at least 6 months after your e-Visa expires. Additionally, your passport should have at least two (2) free pages.

  • Foreign citizens who have received a Transit e-Visa in the electronic visa system need to enter and exit Kyrgyzstan through checkpoints located at Manas International Airport, Chon-Kapka-avtodorozhnyi, Chaldybar- avtodorozhnyi, Ak-Tilek- avtodorozhnyi, Dostuk- avtodorozhnyi, Kyzyl-Bel- avtodorozhnyi, Kulundu- avtodorozhnyi, Bor-Dobo- avtodorozhnyi, Irkeshtam- avtodorozhnyi, Torugart-avtodorozhnyi, Osh International Airport, or at the border crossing point called "Ak-Jol" on the border with the Republic of Kazakhstan.
