I am not a computer person but I found the form easy to follow and the questions were clear to understand
the website prompts were easy to follow for someone who is not very tech savvy.
At my age I find using all this technology a little confusing, but I found your site a lot easier.
Apart from not being a free service it was reasonable easy to use but the photo acceptance was difficult
Did OK the communication was not as good as it could have been. Said the VISA would be ready on the 3rd Nov but it wasn't done till he 9th Nov. Lack of communication on this caused us some concern.
It was long winded but relatively easy, the only slight problem being inputting my passport details which I managed to overcome. (I am 89 and not as 'with it' as I once was?) However, I would definitely recommend IVISA

My visa was supposed to be ready Sunday but it wasn't ready until Monday
They were very particular about having a selfie-style photo but the instructions at the initial submission were not clear.
Overall the experience was very good however I only gave it 4 star because the Robot option on your conversation site was poor it gave me a lot of frustration
The process is easy to follow but getting a copy of your Passport into a file to send does prove difficult due to light, otherwise really good
It is always stressful to apply for an entry visa but manage to do it. It was granted and looking forward to my first experience.
Managed to do it but I am not any good on computers.

Great service and very helpful when I was stuck. Would recommend to anyone that needs a visa as only took a day to get.. Not sure how much they cost as never had one before but seemed to be reasonable priced…
At the beginning of the process, I would’ve liked to have all the things you Needed laid out.
The App was relatively easy to use and the response time for our approval was very quick
You responded very promptly to all our communications, and made sure that nothing would be submitted to other governments until it was certain to be accepted.
Form easy to fill in it would have been a 5 star but I had trouble getting my wife’s photo to be accepted Her passport photo isn’t the best To be honest eventually scanning of her photo asked if I was happy to just happy to continue
I applied the visa on Friday, nite and I thought the visa application will take 2 days for approval, but was approved within one day, superb. Fast & quick response from the visa team. Keep up with the good job!
I found most very easy, but you form seems to exclude those people, like myself, who while being a Cirizen of one Country has a home and lives in another. You field asking for an explanation why you do not have an ID card but live in a County other than your own is unclear. To complete your form took several attempts due to this. Remember not all travelers are young people.
My application was simple and straightforward, and my visa was approved the next day. Very satisfied.

The first fill-in was fine. The emails sent after yoiu received it were not up to the same parameter.
Easy to monitor, immediate response. But surprisingly expensive, why is it not free to enter Australia.....
Because of my age I found the application form simple it is all the computer jargon I wasn’t very familiar with. I have been away from computer stuff for about 15 years and didn’t understand it as I have only got my tablet and that’s not attached to a printer so I will have to wait and speak to a friends daughter to help to try and print my visa. This is my nineteenth time visiting my family and I have never printed anything in the past.
Fast and efficient. Would prefer a "live" person to talk to when I had questions. Will use again!
I found it a bit difficult to get the passport picture approved. It took several times before it was accepted. Otherwise, all went well!
Everybody was great it took a long time to get a response on chat, but they were so nice and ready to fix my issue and had everything taken care of within the hour of talking to them. 5 star for sure
System was easy to use . NOT happy about the surprise extra service charge at the end, should have been upfront, not the initial $18 quoted

I found that the website was a little confusing at first; not intuitive. But, once I got familiar with the site, it went smoothly.
Uploading info was tricky but they told me what I needed to do to fix things
The best thing about the service is that a person promptly provided suggestions on how to use a very confusing application system.
Receiving the visa in 12 hr is great, however for the U.S. visa, I could receive a visa in 10 min. And it’s cheaper.
Its easy to apply using your guide and forms. the only thing is. the submission of the picture which I have to resubmit because it is not clearly specified not to wear any eyeglass .Maybe i misread the instructions. Thanks anyway. i got my visa.

The help of the live attendant was great. The hidden and unlisted processing fee was not so great and I think to costly for their slowest processing time. However it is my first time using this service.
I am not good with computers so it bit difficult for me but when I do that they can help you with the problem it was so helpful
Its a user friendly application, only the message of "photo duplicate" makes very crazy

Due to confusion with 2 passports, I had a lot of help with making this application and securing my visa in my correct name!
The procedure for visa application was mostly straightforward- the only issues I encountered were down to my lack of technical knowledge which meant I struggled to access the passport images required.
I found it very easy to apply for a visa being an older lady and have got 3 more of my family who are travelling with me to apply for their visas thank you 😊
I applied for a visa for Australia. The application went through without delay. the application process was well designed, even though lots of information is inevitably required. Forwarding a photo electronically went smoothly; this can often be a headache. A criticism was that I thought I was applying directly with the Aussie government website. It wasn't clear that this was an agent: this should be clearer at the start.
I was frustrated because the site is not that easy to navigate. Must have taken my picture at least 12 times
Good experience but I think the powers that be are two critical on the pictures.
