Pretty easy but so many re-takes of the passports and the photos.
While the responses were prompt, if a picture wasn't acceptable it wasn't clear why
Love being able to do it online. A little frustrated with the warning messages about shadows for my passport photo. After seven attempts, including two from a photograph, I decided that everything was legible and hit continue.
Very helpful agent on Whatsapp, although a realistic time of waiting for a reply would be reassuring at the outset. My photo of passport needed repeating due to cropping. Agent uploaded it for me thankfully. Then a 9 hour wait for completed visa. Paid for 4 hr delivery.
Very personal and quick response to help with my uploading of selfie for my Visa application. Despite showing the upload as successful, my attempts kept being rejected. When I expressed frustration, someone named Sam from the Helpdesk emailed me and suggested I email them my selfie and they would complete the application for me. That was how my application finally got approved.
It was pretty straight forward, didn't say how much until half way through, although fairly decent price I thought

Once I was able to start the process, the forms were simple to find lol out. Explanations of what to do could have been better. I liked being able to go back to the previous page; however, I saw no easy ability to add a traveling companion. Ended up duplicating , and while the app indicated a duplication, it did not clearly tell me how to fix it. Lucky for I was able speak with a lovely gal who walked me through fixing the problem.
As its done on line without any intervention by another person.. Though I had questions but found the answer when in google

Very prompt responses, got my visa with minimal issues! The selfie photo took a few attempts but it was relatively clearly explained to me how to fix them.
Process was straight forward but multiple requests for passport images and selfies seem redundant.
This process took a long time. You kept asking for additional photos that we provided. We provided the professional photo and you denied it twice.
It took a real effort to get my question answered, but I was very happy with the help that was given and the final result!
My visa was approved. However, it was not without problems. The "system" did not like the scanned copy of my passport and I had to scan it again. I really don't know why the second scan was accepted but the first was rejected. I guess this is the problem with AI checking - it is only as good as its programming.

My Visa was issued. I apparently had a problem with a double request. Took two weeks to clear up. But iVisa worked focused and cleared it up.
Prepare the photo of your passport in well-focused. If you have more than 1 passport, prepare all the passport details!
Got the Visas in a reasonable time frame. Web chat was very helpful.
I had to multiple copies of pictures before one was upload. More my fault since I cropped previous photos of myself instead of taken a new photo. It was little frustrating. However, at one point a new photo of my current passport was requested which was odd since that seemed to be acceptable the first time I submitted it. All of this resending was a bit irritating but the entire process only took a few days so I would recommend using IVisa.
I had a great deal of frustration, your automated non human robot kept rejecting one picture or another. I had to make numerous submissions many times of the same picture. System would request a new submission of a particular item, seeming to accept previous entries, then respond rejecting pictures previously accepted. Until I got a human involved I was going in circles, extremely frustrating. The anxiety was affecting my health, I wasn't sleeping, and every request for new information was irritating. I only gave you 4 stars because a human finally got involved, without her only 1 star, since I couldn't do zero.
I made one error when filling in the form, but used the online chat to contact iVisa, and my error was revised the same day. Good service. Most difficult was to take acceptable photos of our passports and ourselves. Had to do many times before the photos were accepted.
Easy and fast to fill out the application but hard to do the photos.
This was relatively easy, but the total cost wasn't stated up front, or if it was, I missed it. I wasn't prepared for the live photo requirement, had to pause to go put on makeup! Haha. The good part is the instructions were clear and easy to follow; nothing ambiguous.
It was easy, but a little confusing when it became time for photos. Thought I could put both traveler on the same questions. Once figured it out, finishing was a breeze
The experience itself was fine. However, on line, the price was quoted at 13.00. In realty it was $199.00 by the time we were done. That was a bit misleading, not to mention disappointing.
For the most part it was a simple process. However, it would have been helpful to have a list of needed items (passport, selfies etc. as well as info. That you could apply for another person) before you actually start into the process.
Ease of filling out the form was the best experience. The review function not working on the document submission app causes confusion,
- The fast response was needed and appreciated - There were issues with the website not allowing me to review the documents and pictures I had uploaded, which created a problem and required 2 re-submissions on my part. - Your site should allow taking photos and submitting them with the integrated webcam. -Your emails came back to me faster than your chat bot could respond...in fact, it took almost 24 hours to get a live person on the chat. (I had my visa by then)
Children grow up so quickly that we had a lot of trouble with the differences between their passport photos and current photos.
Got what I needed! Steps seemed fairly easy but, the perfection they wanted was very very annoying… Staff is very friendly and helpful on WhatsApp but, takes at least 10 min for a reply, which is fine.
I had a little trouble downloading the info needed & had to try several times.
I have great energy and always I want to study like study.

I did not do much paper the was a little simple. I actually got NZ visa and that was extremely simple. I think you are a third party right? I thought getting visa would be cheap but it cost me quite a bit and I only got the visa for 1 year. It is definitely something to look at. I got 2 year visa for NZ a little better but still expensive. I know peoples who apply USA visa is expensive but most time USA gives out 10 year multiple visas. Work on this process a little better I guess.

I uploaded my documents and photos six times before they were accepted. First they were. Then I was informed that had to be done again. I still don't know what is going on. I haven't received verification
Fast and convenient. I had a rejection for one of the members' photo, but I'm not sure what went wrong as the description for rejection was something I cannot comprehend. I resubmitted and the application was quickly approved.so it's all good.
I love that your representatives are very helpful. The uploading a passport is a difficult process, and it frustrated me.
There was an ads within iVisa or from the third party marketing on hotel/ rental which was confusing the application process. By the way, I seldom applied the eVisa and I thought the fee was pricy. In addition, The application asked for the departure date so I thought the eVisa validity date will start from my departure date. Hope it will have an instruction guide/ explanation when hoover the subject.
