The iVisa website was easy to use and understand. I did have a little difficulty uploading a few photos/documents, but the fact that there are several ways to upload (via my computer and/or mobile phone using an easy to use QR code), I was able to complete the VISA application in less than 10 minutes. Both my VISA, and my wife's were approved and e-documents returned within 3 days.
I kept trying to do screen shots of my photo and passport and it made me do it many times even though it said it was successful.
It is very convenient , I just had a hard time with our photos.
I finally got it done but had a heck of a time to get pictures taken properly
It would have been helpful to know what information you needed to have at hand before starting completion of the form. e.g. I didn't know we would need to scan our passports and as an older person needed help with this before I could carry this out and attach it. I was also surprised that the form was a little out of date in that it didn't offer various alternatives to questions that we are used to seeing nowadays e.g. only male and female were offered and we had to declare we were divorced even though that happened over 25 years ago - most forms allow for "living with partner" as an option. Just a little out of date really. Otherwise it was OK although also found it a bit expensive - again warning of price could have been stated before we started the procedure. Thank you for saving the document for me to fill in later - I had to disappear to find out how to scan and save the passport info! :)
It’s easy to navigate through the website. The instructions are clear and easy to follow.
It was fast and straight forward, easy to follow. The 4 stars it's because i was dealing directly with the Australian government. It was never clear to me that you are a different company Neither it's clear to me if I had a different option.
Initially, I didn't trust this company, but I proceed due to urgency. Was glad there's a WhatsApp chat option, but sad that the human support was lacking, despite paying high premium for the process. Such high premium in prices definitely should come with an equally prompt response over WhatsApp and not having to wait nearly 2 hours after the visa been approved.
Information regarding the cost of Visa was not correct. I ended up paying 118 eur when I was initially informoida thatbthe visas would be free.
Painless process. Had trouble getting acceptable pix on gov site so switched to contractor site. Hassle free, quick positive response, but pricey!
Due to special visa needs that iVisa couldn't assist with, I had to cancel my order - iVisa was helpful in arranging a speedy refund
I managed to complete the process although I had to go back often to check that I was on track with my answers. I was not savvy enough to get my photograph copied from my passport and had to get family to help me do that process. Having paid already for the visa without approval I was hoping all would get sorted smoothly.
Just a minor issue in that not very clear that both photo pages of passport are required. Other than that, process easy.
I needed a transit visa to travel via Australia to a third country. The online iVisa was efficient and quick. Although I asked for regular service, I received my visa within 12 hours of my initial application. There was some difficulties however navigating some part of the site. It took many attempts to upload my passport and photo images. And even once it was uploaded, I received a message that it was not conform and I had to resubmit. Overall it is an excellent service, but some tweaks in the user interface to make it simpler would be a great improvement.
As an older gentleman, I am not as good with downloading/uploading photos as the younger generation
Now I have experience how to do visa application but I don’t understand about the visa fees I was required to give 2 kinds of visa cost as 1369.80hkd and 89.0usd
It was very easy and fast but one thing bothered me a lot: AFTER I paid i got the notification that some data was messing and i had to reopen it. When i did that, I got to the starting page and it looked like had to film out everything again and also pay again. I really thought I got scammed. Once I figured it out it was very quick but that was a scary moment.
Overall very easy to you! Only point is that your fees are a bit high! Overall very Good!
Basically i was worried that online submission csm be tedious and long winded. However, to my surprise the online submission via iVisa was effortless and expeditious. I was able to fill up without any hiccup within 20 mins. And user friendly.

We had a hard time getting the photo correct. Everytime we thought we had it correct, we would get a message that it wasn't. Otherwise it was good. We finally got approved.

I had to send photos and passport pictures at least 3 times. It was frustrating. I have essential tremor so it is hard for me. Also, at the beginning it said the price under $20 but it came out to around $100.
The process was simple and the online support was quick and efficient.
I had a problem as I was not able to download the approved visa from the website and i was getting a message saying the host was not connecting. I tried using the whatsapp and it was slow so I used the chat facility. The bot was good and Gabriella came on the chat and sorted the issue by sending me a copy. Thank you Gabriela.
Visa application The reason that I used this company was because I couldn’t get on the official government website
by offering the family plan, 3 visas were much more affordable. the process was longer than expected and made a bit arduous by requiring several uploads of documents and photos
It was very easy to use this service. My only complaint was the frustration over submitting pictures. We were rejected at least 4 times.
Simple process except that I had so much trouble getting a scan of my passport that was acceptable. Likely the holograms didn’t help that Canadian passports have. Other than that everything was very straight forward.
It was an easy process to complete, except for the picture being denied for one of our party. It took 7 tries to get the photo accepted.
The video on taking pictures are good. Wish the applicant view the videos first.

All the contact agents are super personable and helpful ( they are Clariz , Ivi and Dani ). However I had to go through some puzzling difficulties over 2 days until finally my application got approved due to some curious photo issues . I would like that ETA visa application viewers realize that the photos on newer US passport have some special & serious water mark coating and no matter how we take a picture of it , those wavy water marks show up on the photos we take . They are not “ glare “ of the photos . Because of this issue I had to keep replacing the photos . Also I am not sure if those viewers use decent enough devices to take a look at our photos . I believe all the photos I had to submit were very clear but kept being rejected with the statement ( or reason ) that my photos were not clear enough. The company has guided me through the process of getting an IVisa for Australia. The staff has been very present.
Seems like it was direct and straightforward however I did not compare other similar services. It seems someone I Know did it online for about $25 less and got theirs in 2 days as well with a different company. It still is a convenient service
A bit frustrating since we had to submit four separate rounds of photos, but they let us know promptly of the rejection. And although their criteria for photos are vague and they never tell you why yours failed, we completed the process within 3 days. All's well that ends well.
It started off with not a pleasant experience as our photos keep geting rejected. Thanks to Maia and Diana, they help a lot to get the VISAs approved turning the experience to a positive one. Thank you Maia, Diana.

The process to get the Visa took over 6 weeks and could have been expedited if all questions were asked up front instead of question by question and request for further information sent by email ... this took a long time and thankfully we were not in a hurry to get the Visa (8 months in advance).
The service responded quickly and helped us get ETA photos that would pass Government review.
The speed and clarity did have problems with photos not being accepted but eventually we got there and all done!
It was pretty easy, the only problem I had was loading the pictures. Lots of parameters. Took a while for all the pictures to be accepted. Can’t be too dark, too light, you can’t smile ( couldn’t find many of those) but the information was helpful.
Found it a pain trying to upload the passport page . 5th attempt made it. I could take a better photo with my camera if necessary
It was all good just had trouble with the photo of passport, got there in the end.

Very easy to except for uploading pictures - I had a wee bit of trouble (not very techy). Also, it was very speedy - I didn't expect it to be virtually overnight.
The easy in which we are able to dot he applicationa nd the submission of the documentation. We are concern about the quick feedback or turn around time. We grateful for the alerts that some documents were not submitted correctly
Well my granddaughter did most of the work as she is young. I feel I would have had more stress getting everything done. Biggest problem was the horrendous amount of retakes for passport photo. I really feel your edits might have had a glitch. Once I complained was done in 5 minutes. Quick completion once sent in. Thanks
a scan of my passport was refused multiple times on the upload before finally being accepted when I sent it by email.
I had to submit documentation multiple times. Used a photo that had been taken at a place that takes PASSPORT photos for another Visa we needed. Returned so many times I lost count. IVisa must have had nothing else to do than mess with me.
