The process should allow multiple travellers to apply at the same time (i.e. husband and wife). The application should reveal the cost prior to requesting payment (it's just good manners ;-)>
fast and easy application process. However, you cannot select the date to commence the visa validity, as the date used defaults to the date the visa is approved. The online chat agents are not too helpful. I asked a question 3 times and still did not receive an acceptable answer. They kept giving answers to questions I'd not even asked.
This was a quick and easy way to obtain a visa for Australia. The only confusion was that the site stated it was free, the visa was, but there was an administration fee of £17.11, which was only noted when the application was almost completed. However, the visa was received within 48 hours.

4 stars for an Eta visa for Australia that I didn't think I needed. It was close but they got the job done. It was not within 30 minutes as promised for the "super rush", but at least they had a US number I could call to follow up which I did when the 30 minutes passed. Took a few minutes to get through but when I did, the lady said it would be handled within 20 minutes of that. It was 25 minutes, so it was very close, but they got the job done and I made my flight.
After feeling rather silly that I hadn’t done the right research, I paid $70 for the rush visa while waiting at the airport check-in desk. Excellent service, just wish it hadn’t been so expensive.
I originally was going to give this service 1 star!! However with the Help of Jessa S! I will rate as 4! I did this on my mobile phone and used the info already stored in my phone! Received my Visas to find my middle name Missing!! So I had to reprocess my visa and pay Again! But in many ways, My Fault! 😡 But Now thanks to Jessa and the team we atr now Set 4 Oz!! 😎✈👍
Applied for super rush visa . Wasn’t done in 30mins (stupid me didnt know i needed a visa n was the airport). Reached the customer online chat. They responded in 10 mins with my visa. A little panic attack but at least it was responsive

Process went very well. The request for a passport screenshot should be included in the initial form, rather than sent later.
Pretty simple to follow and complete. Would recommend to UK passport holders.. worthwhile spending just a little money to simplify and speed up the process
IChat was helpful. There should be a attachment area on the initial application letting you submit a photo of your passport.
The way to download the ETA is not immediately obvious. Better to show the download button without the need to extend the menu choice.

Everything seems to have gone fine. However I did not received any emails or phone calls telling me that my visas were approved!!!!
I have not received the ivisa per email, and online assistance was requested (2 hour turnaround). Other than that the service was seamless
no people available on the phone. have tried the UK and Australien number. the email with the visa never arrived, luckily i could download from the website. however, they delivered what they promissed! got the visa within 40 minutes!
All seemed ok but at the airport it turned out that the visa was spelt correctly on the confirmation that they sent me but not on the electronic version. Luckily the Australian force were willing to look past one spelling mistake. I have updated this review as the company has refunded the service charge showing at least they care about the mistake they made! Very happy with the swiftness of their response.
Fast processing, it made the difference for us in applying for a visa just before catching a flight to Australia.
Having paid extra for the super fast 30 minute turn around my visa took 1 hour and 48 minutes so I wouldn't recommend relying on this if you turn up to the airport and need the visa that instant. Fortunately I had a few hours contingency but it was quite a stressful experience with the IM taking an hour to reply at first and the phone lines saying they were all busy. UPDATE - They have since refunded my fee as they missed the super fast processing. At least I'm flying tonight!!

A short delay, but we were warned and still much quicker and better communication than the government site. Yet to travel and use the Visa though, hopefully the transit and arrival works just as smoothly.

This was the first time I applied for a Visitor Visa online and as long as you have your passport and credit card handy it is very simple.
Need more communication, though very smooth and easy process but it was not clear what was happening after submitting application to grant of visa. It will be good to check online the status of the application/visa.
Getting an australian visa is easy enough online. The website is user friendly and the process easily understood. The service is good and quick.
It was easy,my issue is i need the refence no. When i traled last year to australia i need to show them my eta and the referance no.im very concerned about this i paid to much money for my ticket tp see my family dueing the holidays.to have problems with my eta
When is system promted me for a password, system did not let me instead it showed the suggested strong word and and I believe used that. I do not know what that was or how to reset password. Wolfgang wiemer
Advice to company: Its fine that you delayed getting us our 24 hour iVisa due to our need for it not being as pressing as others. But when you assure we will receive a 24 hour turn around, and yet don't follow through for many days, you are inadvertantly sewing seeds of discontent, mistrust and worry needlessly. A simple email to express the low priority you have given to our application due to it not beeing needed for some months, followed by a realistic turn-around timeframe eases any of that worry and restores trust and peace. It is a simple thing to do right.
Applied for Australian travel visa and arrived in a couple of days. Great service and cost was much less than other sites offer the same service. Highly recommend iVisa.

Quite an expensive way to obtain a Visa, but for anyone who needs visa at short notice this service would be acceptable. Just think over double the government fee is too much to charge
