I hope you can inform travel authorities in different countries that elderly people have a difficult time with new technologies. downloading apps, scan, qr codes i phones are not easy to use when you have health issues like anthrities in your hands, poor eye sights. we use to apply directly on line without any use of apps.
A little confusing on the scan part(at least for me), but overall, an okay app.
The response was timely -- communication via email was almost in real time. Rated a 5. But the review of our submission was very picky....too much so. We had to resubmit the passport photo 3x. It rated a 3.
There is confusing instructions when it comes to taking photo and uploading. Send via email in red letter v/s uploading. I tried emailing and wheel kept rotating for ever . This isn’t right. Uploading photo is what is required and it works fine . There is no need to have email photo instructions. I hope I made it clear. You may call me on [redacted] so I can clarify my confusion. Fast and reliable. I just have a hard time uploading my photo into the system for a lack of a better understanding of technology but other than that you guys are awesome.
Went pretty smoothly. Only problem is that they asked questions but did not have a answer box to answer the questions
I'm getting old and useless with forms..... ivisa made it a lot easier.
Process was easy and fast. Answering the right question was briefly confusing.
It's was difficult to download our photos and other documents. Maybe you are strict about the above matters.
Getting the visas for NZ has not been easy. There’s also a lot of uncertainty in going through the process.
The app is convenient and relatively easy to navigate. The only problem is that you spelled my name Oerrick instead of Derrick. Interestingly enough you managed to get it right elsewhere in the document. Will this impact my ability to enter Australia?
I was stuck in a part of the photo processing and it took a few requests via chat to figure it out. Sandra was good though.
Too me a long time to do it but pleased with the end result.

Was a slow process to the the pics taken correctly so they were accepted. Not confident that what I paid was the same (close) to what it would have cost to do it on the government website. Overall, not bad!
Had a little trouble with downloading various "head shots" required for Visa. Wouldn't except the few I sent them. Once I scanned my passport, I had no problems in getting accepted.
Relatively easy to complete but could have explained the visa requirements better. That part I found confusing.
The process is clear and efficient. Getting the photos of ourselves and our passports isn’t easy but we got through it. One of the problems is that Canadian passports have a shiny film over the key pages so you get a glare when your try to photograph them. Some suggestions for avoiding the glare would be useful.
The app started off great, scan passport code, 90% of questions auto-fill. Last question ‘Do you have a visa’. click the visa link, answer all the questions, on exit it says you have a already started an application. Click continue and all the scanned answered are gone, back to QnA
The service was excellent. We are senior citizens, not technosavvy. The two options that were provided to send the pictures, documents was great, because it gave us a choice of two, and we only knew how to do one. Easy to follow website. Easy to follow instructions and explanations regarding need for activity to resend, which we had to do several times before we got it right. Would definitely use ivisa again!
The company is responsive and quick. I had a question and a "real" person responded within the hour. The site is easy to use and navigate. You always know the status of your application. It is expensive, though, but gives peace of mind.
Although iVisa charge quite a lot for their services, they do provide a quick simple way to get through the complex visa application system. In fact it saved us money as we almost paid for full visas; which we did not need, rather than ETAs. The whole operation took less than 48h. We could have done with a bit less hoop-la. Quick review to identify any potential issues. Helpful hint, if you have a glass side table or table, place the passport with the necessary information facing up on the underside of the glass and take a picture with your phone. It keeps the passport flat with all of the information easily displayed.
The application is easy to use,iVisa is responsive to my application in the application process which my application is incomplete in the first day.The application result is within 24 hours as promised.In a whole,the user experience is good.

It was pretty easy, until I came to the passport picture taking. I did not understand scanning the document. The instructions should have said, use the camera on phone or iPad.
You do not delivery in 4 days but you find a way! Good job and you respond very quickly thanks
I found the web site confusing. I made one mistake and mistyped my email. I could not figure out how to correct this. Then I decided to start over but then the web site thought that I was applying for two different visas and the price doubled. I then wrote to the help line. I did get a response right away. In fact I got multiple responses and some of them were contradictory. But eventually I did get the visa, though I had to scan my passport multiple times. The whole process was far from easy. It should be easier to make corrections or just terminate an application and start over.
Generally the system worked well. It took me three times to upload my passport pictures I think primarily because they have glossy pages and glare is hard to avoid. Otherwise all went well.
Mostly quick and expeditious process that streamlined my visa application. Page formats and instructions are clear, concise, and I appreciate that info on one's passport is ported in once the passport is scanned. The only (temporary) challenges with the process were with aligning my phone camera to scan my passport, and avoiding reflections when the passport photo page is laminated and glossy.
I was impressed with all the instructions I received in order for the Visa Application to be accurately completed You also answered all my questions and returned all my calls. Very efficient.
It took some time to get through the whole process after you got through it, it's pretty user friendly. Especially people like me have not much experience on computer.

Hardest part was to get the passport scan correct. Should tell the applicant that once you have the position correct, the picture is automatically taken. There was no selection for when I needed the VISA, only 4hour or 1 hour. I didn’t need for sixty plus days away.
The software was easy to use and explained the procedure well. After some frustration with other apps, this was a pleasure to use.
As long as this works when I get to Australia, this was infinitely easier than trying to work with the government website, except only for taking an acceptable photo of my passport.
Almost perfect except for when asking country of residence didn’t give me the option on the drop down list for Scotland
On the application, I wish there was a space for comment or question, like I wanted to know if there was a credit possible for non travelling to Australia in 2020 because Covid-19 hit since I already paid for a visa?
Application was simple and easy. However, was not as convenient as it would have been for me, if available online besides via app.

I was great to have an app to apply for my Visa however, my passport photo was rejected a couple of times and having to retake and resubmit was a little stressful.
Your system is a little glitchy and it took me a long time to get the application done but your support system was excellent and eventually everything worked!
The cost was very high to process this. $20.00 for the legitimate costs of the government. More than 50 for you to push some buttons. That is why you didn't get 5 stars.
Renzo was really helpful in helping to expedite my request . Though this would not be Renzo’s fault, I wish that iVisa would provide more timely updates on whether there would be delays in my visa.
Initiall applicatuon would not accept my name as it hadcto contain only latin charecters which qas a bit weird. Once sorted was impressed with processing timeframe
The overall experience was good but uploading photos of my documents had to be done so many times. Otherwise, the processing time was very fast.
Pretty easy and straight forward. I used the service. Because I could not run the app to apply on my phone, but it was a fair charge nothing hidden, I would definitely use this service again especially in a more complicated visa.
Good at capturing scanned data, but data to be reviewed needs to be in a darker font.
