The process was simple & easy to expedite. The follow up was both earnest & exceptional.
I had a little trouble filling in the information in the correct sequence because every time I clicked submit it would tell me my information was incomplete. It would show me what was missing, I’d fill it out, click submit, get the same error message, fill out the next section and so on. I couldn’t seem to find where to go to fill all the information before clicking submit.
Appp was easy to use, response time was excellent. Took all of the worry out of obtaining travel visas for Australia. Some difficulty in providing the proper photo to upload but instructions were clear and understanable.

I found late that I need a visa for Australia. I am very happy that I received my electronic visa in four days. There was only one issue. I had to take my photos twice. The requirements for the documents you need to submit should be explained at the beginning. It made me worried due to the short time I had. Anyway, if worked at the end. Thank you!

Even though I had a problem with the picture, my visa went through very smoothly and fast. When we first looked at the application process we were sure we would have to pay for someone else to do the filling out the form, but once we downloaded the application form we found that we could do it ourselves.
