Being kept informed about the visa processing which was rapid and effective although the request for a bank statement was not required - in my opinion. Having requested visas for other countries for stay of over 3 weeks, I have never been requested to provide a bank statement.

I was very happy that you guys walked me step by step with the questions I didn’t get right to see that I got them all alright.
It was not a smooth process for me due to photo issue not fulfilling the requirements, I wished it was stated a front that a photo must be a “digital photo” , the back and forth email of a repetitive templated instructions about how photos must be done was misleading. It took 5 days to solve the issue . I had to get photoaide to convert my casual photo to digital and that did it to get my ETA granted. Overall the IVisa team responded promptly to my email so from this , overall I’ll recommend IVisa.
