I was grateful for the support services' prompt response. Each and every one of the support employees responded with professionalism and in a timely manner. The only suggestion I can make is to inform clients where the error lies in their ivisa application form, such as with the photo, and provide suggestions with respect to size, resolution, ... rather than repeatedly sending the same return message. All-in-all, I was very satisfied with the prompt service and would recommend ivisa to anyone seeking a visa!

Easy to access but takes more than 48 hours to received my visa. But overall experience was excellent!

The app was very easy to use although the pricing was a little confusing as I didn't need the Visa as quickly as the three options. I had more than a month before my trip.

This was the only company my tablet was able to download. Found it by accident. My Sister in Brisbane said it wasn't a scam. All went well, my son had to retake my photo. And attach to the email. It's a relief to have it completed. A bit expensive, nothing is cheap these days. Technically challenged. Looking forward to my vacation.

Staff are very kind and helpful. I was on a very tight deadline and there was a bit of panic in figuring out which photo met the guidelines but we got there in the end.
I had a hard time getting the personal portrait right because I have a visual impairment so my eyes weren’t quite right. Natalia and Rochelle were a great help. Just kept trying until and uploaded photos to them and they worked with me until I got it right. Thank you Natalia and Rochelle.

On the whole the form was easy to complete. The only trouble I had was scanning the passports with a decent copy to be acceptable.
