I had a problem as I was not able to download the approved visa from the website and i was getting a message saying the host was not connecting. I tried using the whatsapp and it was slow so I used the chat facility. The bot was good and Gabriella came on the chat and sorted the issue by sending me a copy. Thank you Gabriela.

The service was superfast. But I did not know I need a visum.I am from the Netherlands I had only a transfer on Sydney airport. The layover was 4 hours. I stayed on the airport. So I was badly shocked. Was a awful lot of money
It was very easy to use this service. My only complaint was the frustration over submitting pictures. We were rejected at least 4 times.
Simple process except that I had so much trouble getting a scan of my passport that was acceptable. Likely the holograms didn’t help that Canadian passports have. Other than that everything was very straight forward.

It was an easy process to complete, except for the picture being denied for one of our party. It took 7 tries to get the photo accepted.
It was fast and clear . The only thing i did not like was submiting photos. I had spent almost $200.00 to get speific photos. I believe the standad photo requirement is as per Australian Embassy photo standard which all photo shops provide. You should review your requirement. Thank you.

It was quite smooth process. There was a slight delay due to my first submission of my photo was not of good quality.
All the contact agents are super personable and helpful ( they are Clariz , Ivi and Dani ). However I had to go through some puzzling difficulties over 2 days until finally my application got approved due to some curious photo issues . I would like that ETA visa application viewers realize that the photos on newer US passport have some special & serious water mark coating and no matter how we take a picture of it , those wavy water marks show up on the photos we take . They are not “ glare “ of the photos . Because of this issue I had to keep replacing the photos . Also I am not sure if those viewers use decent enough devices to take a look at our photos . I believe all the photos I had to submit were very clear but kept being rejected with the statement ( or reason ) that my photos were not clear enough. Was easy to get into the website. Early part of filling in the details were smooth and simple.Some instructions not clear like 'skip passport details' option. After payment is completed, the 'sudden' request for more personal details, why not earlier? Photographing passport was not accepted, only the scanned version. Could be a useful advice. Overall I'm happy.

Seems like it was direct and straightforward however I did not compare other similar services. It seems someone I Know did it online for about $25 less and got theirs in 2 days as well with a different company. It still is a convenient service
