a scan of my passport was refused multiple times on the upload before finally being accepted when I sent it by email.
I did not like submitting the photos. Why have us submit it several times?

I had to submit documentation multiple times. Used a photo that had been taken at a place that takes PASSPORT photos for another Visa we needed. Returned so many times I lost count. IVisa must have had nothing else to do than mess with me.

Fast and simple to use. All in one. Nevertheless, I have asked for a refund and on that, have not heard back at all. I applied for 2 visas, one could be done fine, the other one not. And for that I asked for the refund. I hope it is approved and the money is back in my credit card asap.
I tried using your service, I sent five different photos and passport scans, some of which you had accepted for previous visas. You kept sending unhelpful auto-generated replies saying more information was needed, I gave up and went to another company for this visa.

What I appreciated about the new iVisa approach was the clear website, the immediate responses, the easy to navigate "retrys" I needed to do. (I had to retake both my passport photo and my personal photo four or five times each before they were acceptable.) The little link for "how to take a selfie" was also helpful. Once all was properly submitted, my Visa was issued quickly and came with clear instructions about how to utilize for my travelling. Thank you.
Primarily it was pretty straight forward for me to follow and use. I am 77 years old and not the most tech savvy but was able to follow the directions to upload documents as needed.
The support I had during this process. Not the easiest thing I have ever filled out but I got through it!
It was fast and easy to provide information and receive approval the only what I did not like it was no way to make not expedite visas that cost much more money.

This was a fast and easy way to get my Visa for Australia. The only reason I didn't give it five stars is that there was a brief glitch where I got a message that my photo was unsatisfactory. I scrambled to upload a new photo but I had question about it, so I sent them a message on WhatsApp. It took a half hour for the message to be responded to, and then it turned out the visa had been approved. I am not sure why I got a message that the photo was unsatisfactory, but in the end it all worked out.

Had to submit the same picture three times. There needs to be a live person with whom you can speak. For those of us who are not computer literate. Should offer a service, at additional cost, where someone could walk you through the process step by step.

Easy to usequestions in the additional info section are ambiguous e.g. last employment dates for long retired people or spouses who have chosen to be homemakers and have not been in employment.

completion of the form was tedious as the same documents had to be uploaded many times however, once you get the interview date then it is a breeze, and a good experience.
